i love mine.  easier to hit than my mizuno 221's and callaway mb 2018 model.  they really get up plenty high and they feel and look great.  i have them 6-w and the s model 5-3.  the s model does feel a bit different from the t and they have alot of pop.  love the 3 iron off the tee for doglegs and narrow holes.  i am not a high swing player either.  driver hoovers around 95 average.

Man I like the sound of this. I was playing the 221 last year 4-pw and decided to go 243 this season for a little more forgiveness in the long irons. I regret going away from the 221. I think im going to go give the pings a go. if you ordered them again would you split it in the 6/5 for the combo?

I have them in the 9-PW. I can’t explain it, but I hit them better than the Blueprint S in the same irons, which I also own. And further.

I am not at all a ball striker. It’s puzzling to me.

That was my experience with the original blueprints.  If you could get used to the small profile (which I loved), they were forgiving for a blade and sneaky long. Sounds like these retain those traits

I have to admit these have me seriously intrigued.  My Golden Rams aren't going to hold out forever, a couple of my sets are showing not insignificant wear, to the point I wonder if It's Time...

I own the S…and so far been very pleased with them. I’ve hit the T and it’s a fantastic blade and honestly to my eye it’s the best looking iron I’ve ever seen. And I’ve played for 38 years. It just fits my eye completely. A big part of me is leaning toward switching my 6-pw to the T

I have the Blueprint T’s in 4-PW with PX IO 6.5 shafts and love them.   Had the original Blueprints and really liked those too but I tend to unload clubs while I can still get a good portion of my money back out of them.    I currently also have the i230 irons with LA Golf L shafts and while they are also good I prefer the Blueprints.  The i230s just feel a little too muted and honestly I think the IO shafts in the Blueprints load better for my swing.   Also, a sizable difference in turn interaction between the two…probably due to the width of the bounce on the i230s but I prefer the turn interaction of a thinner blade.    One last thing, I do think the weight in the toe of the Blueprint T is an improvement over the original.  My miss tends to be slightly towards the toe.     I wish they made a gap wedge like the i230s.

I recently completed the build on a set of T's 6-W, and S's 4-5, with MMT 125TX. These are to replace my OG BP and S55 with same split and shafts.

I took the new ones out for 36 holes yesterday and am very happy with the results. As @rustown mentioned, the T's are easier to hit better than the S's, until I get to the 5-iron spot. They are also (on average) 3-4 yards longer per club than the OG BP's, and the S.

In all honesty, the T is a slight improvement over the OG BP. It's a bit more forgiving off hits near the toe (my miss) than either the OG or S. Other than that, it's a wash. I can't really tell a difference while looking down at the ball from address.

Although this is a thread about the T, I feel compelled to report on the S vs S55. The S is hotter with a lower stock flight than the S55. Comparing iron to iron (built exactly the same) the S carries 4 yards longer than the S55, with around 600 less RPM. On a couple 4 and 5 irons I struck the ball and said to myself, "this gonna be a little short". But the ball keeps flying, albeit a couple degrees lower, and reaches the target. The S doesn't have the feel of the S55. In fact, it feels very muted in my hands to where feedback isn't as discernible as any of the aforementioned clubs, but it does produce results.

In the end, I was looking for a new set of clubs because I have over 250 rounds and several hitting sessions on the BP/S55 set and it's time to replace them. I've gone thru 3 sets of the BP/S55's and have zero issues with continuing with another set. However, times and equipment change and I believe I've found what I'm looking for with the T & S combo.

The answer to better golf is work your butt off and learn how to hit it better, farther, and make more putts.

Did you find the T appreciably more demanding in the 4 and 5 irons, specifically compared to the i230, or even the BPS ? I am also looking to do a full set of BPT 4-P. Thanks!

Random thought worth adding to this discussion...

The Blueprint T are 1* stronger lofted than their ancestors.  Worth noting when checking distance comparisons.

The 4 and 5 are definitely small in comparison to the i230 but I don’t finding them penalizing to the point that I feel like I need to replace them.  I’ve always been a decent long iron player so I guess that’s half the battle…having the confidence standing over them.  With that said, I have noticed quite a few pros with a combo at the lower end replacing 4 and 5 irons with Blueprint S or even i230s.   One of the reasons I decided to buy the T’s is because I knew they would blend well with the i230s if I wanted a combo set.   I have not hit the Blueprint S…no desire really.

I believe Ping did this to help with blending of the Blueprint S and T with other models.

Playing a split set of Ping i230's (4-6) and Blueprint T (7-PW) and the Blueprint T is a fantastic iron. I love how they feel, look and they are actually more forgiving then I thought they would be.

Hows the gapping? Based on Ping co-pilot I recall i230 being a bit shorter and higher flying than BPS and BPT respectively.
