I am a mindless, one dimensional player; I draw all shots from 2 iron to lob wedge. Ping game improvement irons are automatic for me in this regard. i.e. Stupid Easy.

8.6 (USGA) and I just change irons to Titleist ZM Blades 5-PW

 

This was after much work with my coach (who I started working with in September) on club selection. He is convinced that my ball stiking is what is keeping me from being a 5 or lower. As we worked with different clubs in relation to initial set up I always seem to set up better with a blade and my ball striking was better...I have always been a bit afraid to play a blade because I thought my swing had too many faults but since I started swinging a blade my contact is in the middle and misses are toward the heel...I just seem to get into such a much better set up position with a blade in my hands and after hitting a few different brands I went with the ZM's...
