Just grabbed 6, 15 ball boxes of used but mint TM Penta TP's for 48.XX. All have been examined and other than aVERY small pen mark here or there every ball is in mint shape save for one that had the tiniest of scuffs. Even if they were all near mint, 50 bucks for 7.5 dozen i felt was a deal.

Scooped up a Studio Style Newport 2 (lefty!!) at Golf Galaxy for $80 over the weekend. It's in decent shape but I think I'll send it in to get customized and refinished then game it as a backup to my TeI3.

Got 2 UA shirts at Dick's for a total of $20... $50 and $60 priced down to 25 and 30$, half off, then a $10 coupon on a $25 purchase.... Hell of a deal.

Also got two more dozen (I now have 16 doz) TM Burner TP LDP balls....2 for $25, less $10... So about $8 a dozen after taxes. I really didn't need more golf balls - but I also couldn't pass them up at that price.

Yeah - if you don't mind stuff that's been on the shelf for 2 years and hasn't sold Dick's clearance sales are awesome. But stuff I buy there is generally timeless. a solid 3 piece, mid to low compression golf ball won't ever go bad...and single color, solid golf shirts - same thing. Conservative white/black golf shoes....same. I don't care if the manufacturers keep releasing new flavors of stuff....I don't always need to be ahead of that curve.

And Dick's always has $10 off $50 or better deals out there....
