Nope.. just going to game this one for a bit and see how I like it. I'm also getting the regular GoLo.. I rolled a few on the practice green and really liked the way they looked and felt. I don't use the Mills, so just testing the waters to see if someone else would like to use them

How did you like the Golo, compared to the Golo S? Also, what scheme did you use on the face fill?! Light Blue I would assume?

@rymail: it's a 33" with 20g weights

@pingman95: I haven't rolled the GoLo S on the course yet, just carpet putting. The regular GoLo is pretty solid though, I just like the way the S sets up. My regular gamer is that GSS Circa on page 1, so both are much different than my normal putter.

That seems like it would be TOUGH to go from a Blade GSS to a big GoLo, might have to try this for myself but I'd be coming from a sissy PING Anser Milled compared to your GSS give us a review when you try em both out on the course!

I also liked the look of the Golo, though it seemed to want to opened up on my backstroke, seemed to not be face balanced. I went with the BB35. though I kind of want to give the regular Golo a try.

Depends on the day and where I'm playing...and who sees my sticks...lol. G20 driver is so good, best driver I've owned. Ball speed is up 3mph with it, spin is down to optimal. On TrackMan, numbers were 166 ball, 13.2 launch and 2450 spin giving me 285 carry and 310 total. My D3 was 162.5, 14.5 launch and 2700 spin. Got me 10 yards in the air and 15+ total. Not quite Tai numbers but good for me. I really like my AP2's but have a set of i20's as well. Played best ball back to back days, same course and only the driver and putter the same in the bag and shot 70-69. Both awesome sets to be honest. I wish I hit it well enough to play the 712 MB's.

Making any changes?

Yeah, G20 seems to be spot on for you. I saw your thread.. great #'s! I had similar results with the D3 before going to the Ezone, very high launching head with a lot of spin, but very straight. Ping's new line is awesome, including the wedges.. but you're right, the Titliest line (except drivers) is REALLY solid!

Their drivers are good but I need so little loft to get it to spin where I want it to and then I don't like the look from the top. Weird but looking at a 7.5 or 8.5 D3 just looks goofy to me. The thing I like about PING is their custom options. I got the shaft I wanted which they had to order from Fujikura for me. They opened the face and handpicked the loft. Its like having an adjustable hosel but glued, and I still think glued heads are more efficient than adjustable. Too much weight that could be somewhere else...

You're definitely right about the weight. I can't remember exactly, but the Surefit adpter weight like 8 grams!! All that weight in the heel just throws off the bias.. it was definitely noticeable when going back to a glued head.

So today's round was interesting.. front nine shot 33 (-3) putter was really working well.. back nine was a completely different story.. course management failures a few times, hit driver when I shouldn't and it cost me. Hit some terrible putts, and a few really good ones.. shot 41 (+5) on the back, for a 74.. which is definitely not a bad round for me.. but with a -3 start at this particular course, I was hoping for much better!

Some random thoughts about the GoLo.. it puts a really nice and smooth feeling roll on the ball, could be the MOI and way the weight is distributed with the design. The roll and feel is very nice.. it's much more forgiving and the face is "hotter" than my Circa, which is good and bad. It's good in that depending on your line, the ball carries speed better for me if I'm slightly off.. it's bad for the same reason.. it's harder for me to control the speed with more finesse/breaking putts.. it's really good when you have a straighter putt that you can just bang in. So far, it's staying in the bag a little longer..

I still have the CB 2 iron.. otherwise the combo set would have been way too $$ to make. The MB's are perfect, more forgiving than the SB1's and I still hit my long irons well (for now) Saw that you're having your surgery soon, good luck man and I hope you have a speedy recovery so you can get out on the course!
