The 975D is more than 10 years old so it wouldn't qualify great driver though.

In no particular order

[b]Nike SQ Max [/b]--> started the high MOI trend

[b]Titleist 983K[/b] --> updated and more solid version of the 975D
[b]
Taylormade 300 series[/b] ---> this is what really started the big driver trend, the 360 was the biggest mainstream driver of the time

[b]Taylormade 510 tp[/b] ---> 1st stock high end shaft and the 1st tour driver everyone could get

I'd like to say the 9015D but that wasn't a huge improvement or innovation, rather I would say the [b]FT-3[/b] this was a huge step and the 1st real composite driver the ERC fusion kinded suck.

Hey teeituphigh, if your still looking for a 510tp you can find a brand new one in left handed on fleabay right now for $400 new...but you get free shipping . Im laughing because I cant believe that this club would go for this high!!! Surely not because of the speeder 757 shaft or just because its in LH??? Also doubt it sold for $700 new per what the seller put in the description...

i tell you what, some of you guys play/hit more equipment then most pros. i can't even attempt a rank of the top 5 drivers considering I've owned like 3 in 10 years. sounds like some of you guys go through more then 3 drivers per summer.

I can't believe you guys would put the 07 on this list.

I mean, I've hit multiple 07 burners, with different shafts, tp and regular versions.

First off, it is one of the ugliest looking things I have ever seen, secondly, mishits go shorter by at least 30 yards

R7 425 tour. Just had one built with a 6x attas shaft, and it is better than anything I have hit in a long time. Better than my Adams classic TPHD 7 combo. But it all about combo's getting the right shaft with the right head. and the R7 425 with the attas is working.
