I doubt at all it's about being better, just what fits. Personally I'm X in some shafts and S in others depending on shaft profile and driver head profiles...BB

How did you get the Miyazaki into the 910 head? I know Titleist will not install the tip with the Miyazaki shaft. Just curious because I want to get a 910 D3 and put in the Miyazaki shaft but Titleist would not let me order one this way. Did you have a shaft installer who was able to extract the tip and put it on the Miyazaki?

I removed the tip from my stock shaft and re-installed on the Miyazaki, it was hard to find a ferrule but finally located a perfect one...BB

It's simple, heat and remove the ferrule, this will expose the lip of the adaptor then use a standard puller, it pops right off. Couldnt be easier...BB

Just bought a TM SD 9.5* with RIP stiff, swapped it out for a Project X 7B3. Only hit it at range, not sure how it plays on the course. Seems good but TBD if it makes the lineup.
