Are all the clubs going to have the mizuno logo stamped on the sole? That is the logo that appears on their baseball shoes, and now it's going to be on the sole of this set of clubs??...thats a little odd? Any significance to this?

I normally like all Mizuno products, but if I had to choose between these, the MP-32's, or the MP-60's then I would have to go with the 32's or the 60's. I am just not fond of the small cut muscle that these have. I am sure they are great irons though if Mizuno has made them.

Just saw the 5-iron at Mizuno's local distributor. I'd love to have them but I've been looking for a bit more forgiveness for my game.

They're absolutely stunning clubs but I think I'll stay with the MP-60s and NC-1s.

I think I've seen those before. The top line is "MS-11" all the way.

 

I thought these would have the new running bird graphics? And I wish they would move beyond telling the consumer that the notch is the "cut muscle", right there on the club. The more busy the graphics, the less I like the look, but that's just personal preference.

do you not see a cut in the muscleback of the wilson?? obviously the mizuno has much more technology in how each cutmuscle is different on each iron but the premise is the same. i'm not knocking mizuno, the 3 sets of irons that i currently rotate are mp60's, mp32's, and mp29's. it's just now that they are doing a cutmuscle blade, you can see the similarities. To me, it looks like a modified, updated bullet back. But to each his own.

Great pics. I think they look great from the back, but at address they look horrible to me!! The odd head shape is also apparent from the straight on pics of the face. Exciting to see new Mizuno stuff, but for me those just don't cut it looks wise from the business end. They would sure look pretty in the bag though.

To each his own but do yourself a favor and look at them when they are released to retail because they look like 32 or 60s from the pics. Maybe your controls on your computer screen are off? :wave:

Where in the product line will these fit?

 

Will they compete or pull from potential '32 customers, '60 customers? Are there too many models that offer the same feature / results?

 

All I can say is that my Mizuno rep better remember to tell me when the '32s are being discontinued so I can order a few sets ...
