My distance with my VR_S Forged is pretty consistent, but I will agree that every now and then there is a shot that makes me say "where the $&#^ did that come from". An example would be a high draw 7 iron that carries 185 yards. I normally carry it 155.

All you have to do is get the black ox and strip the finsh,and use a scotchbrite. What I did and they turned out great.

looking at the Nike wedges... why does the 54* only come with one high bounce option???

so frustrating... looking at options for wedges for next season and considering -

Nike, Scratch TD, Vega, Chikara designs, Vokey...

Remember that the wedges are forged. So you have the 54:12, but you can also bend the 56:08 to 54:06 which gives you both a medium and low bounce option. Or you can bend the 56:16 to 54:14 which gives you all 3 grind options (Dual W - low bounce, Std bounce, Dual N - high bounce).

@Shakey I was a VRS forged guy last year...still great clubs! Before that I had Pro Combo, but VRS are just so forgiving. Maybe you should get a mixed set? Plus there is a covert forged coming which would be the sequel to the VRS

If the Covert forged are a size in between the VRS forged and the PCs they may become the dream iron. I love the VRS, but I would like the club to be in a slightly slimmer package.

What? That sucks...I sent a message via Twitter to the official Nike Golf handle asking if there would be a LH option for the 2014 Pro Combos and got this response:

"They're available through a custom order. Your local retailer or pro shop can place it for you."

I will be pretty disappointed if there are no LH clubs AGAIN.

I asked David durning my fitting and he said that glover was the only one that used one, and I don't remember what he said about getting one on my putter. My neighbors daughter sales Nike golf clothes in Texas and she can't get one or find one for me.

Sorry to add more to the LH whiners. But I just want to try and clear this up. NGStaff said that they were not available in LH, but you are saying they are available via custom order, and you heard that directly from Nike?

Do I have that correct? So they WILL be available? And did you only inquire about the PC's (not the Forged Covert)?

NGStaff - Were you told they (PCs and Forged Covert) flat out werent available in LH? Or is there an option to custom order?

If this is the case, no problemo! I am used to not EVER being able buy a club retail.
