Tai, that is so awesome. I wish I could do the same but I'm just a regular hack and even though I've broke 70 numerous times I don't get much air time to show off Nike's Tai Proto. You my friend are one lucky man.

I believe the new putters will have adjustable weighting so even if it comes in less than 350 grams you will be able to fix it:)

From what we saw (and some got), the new Methods should have weight ports in the bottom. I know MNNikeguys putter was an 006 proto that had weights and I believe Swanrys did as well.

Well it looks like you'll be the lucky one when it comes to what's probably going to come out for Nike's 2014 line. I myself prefer the site dot over the site line and don't want weights just putter weighing in at 355 grams. But that's just me. Maybe that's why I sold my Tour Rats and kept my 009's to game until my family had a terrible tragedy. Although I love this game of golf and it helped me get through some bad times it's only a putter and I can always buy another 009 down the road. Heck who knows maybe someday Nike will offer the Rory/TH Prototype and I'll buy one. But until then I'll stick with my nice little BB1 DASS naked with my little old Blue Marker site dot. I love great craftsmanship just as much as the next guy but sometimes we have to make sacrifices for the good of the family. Once work picks back up I'll be back in the game.

I have a sight dot on my ButtonBack and dread the day I might have seperate myself from that putter. I love the method tech and love the feel of getting that ball on line. My only issue is I haven't been able to find a Method that FELT right. The method midnight came close, so I"m hoping this round of methods are the ones for me.

My buddies have a 001 and MC3W and they are putting out of their minds since getting those things. It is a running joke now as me and my scotty are Mr. 2 putt while they are sinking long putts like nobodies business. Kind of stinks because hitting it closer than them doesn't seem to matter anymore!

I too really wish Nike would bring the Rory / Tai 006 Proto to retail but I would be absolutely shocked if it happens.

Having said that, if there was some way Nike could find a way to make it happen I have to believe they would have no problem selling that model like crazy. The lines on Tai's putter are perfect to my eye and the overall "package" is perfect!

It's a new milled line for sure. I don't know if an updated core line is coming or not. I know that I got four sets of weights with my Oven made putter. I doubt that will be common. They'll prob have different weights for different lengths and maybe avail to order a heavy version. I'm hoping to find out more today.

Sounds like Scotty could poke his head into custom making Nike putters. Just saying after all the here say after Tiger switched to Method,and grumblings from Titleist that they may close his divison. WIshful thinking,but would be funny if he jumped ship to Nike.

I wouldn't mind seeing this either, though I like the red. I was trying to bench my covert too, if I had a D3 with Speeder TS I might have already. However, I realized that due to some swing things I've been doing to get better compression on the irons this year my driver swing was becoming more and more downward in its angle of attack. I was hitting it down at almost a full 3 degrees!! So I widened my stance a little to get the shoulders pointing more to the sky and BOOM!! Now I'm back in love with the Covert, it's a sickness really (this golf thing).
