Ever since I started playing the Srixon 945's, my J815 driver cannot find a fairway. I believe it is upset because I swapped out the J15's. Lol

I am going to play the J15's tomorrow. I am actually looking forward to it. I missed the J15's.

First round yesterday in about 5 weeks. Played great with the CBs, 1 over for the day (3bogeys, 2 birds). Was surprised to play so well, but could also have been a result of playing the white tees. At any rate, enjoying the CBs with CTapers. Very nice set of clubs for sure.

So I thought I was a proud new owner of the j15 cb. USPS priority shipped on Dec. 2nd and still no tracking update or clubs. Awesome timing because of the unusually great weather we have in the Midwest I have already missed playing with them for 3 rounds. Quite the debacle.

Weather here in NY was simply amazing today. Played again with the J15s w/CTapers and they are definitely in the bag for 2016. Shot even 72 from the backs with a number of missed opportunities. Really getting the rhythm and feel for them. Went for a par five in two like a wise a$$ and nearly went OB, ball popped out to the fairway and had 216 uphill. Rocked the 4 iron to about 15 feet. Love it. Just great sticks.

Alright , that's it. Back to my J15's. After playing with the 945's for a week or so, the J15's are like hitting a S.G.I. iron. And I don't mean because of the size. Admittedly, I have played them all year and it was like putting on your favorite pair of jeans.

Back to an all Bridgestone bag. lol

Its funny. You play a cb like the j15 for a while and confidence is high. Move to an mb and get used to them while enjoying a change....then go back to hitting the cb and realize what you were missing. I think the cb to mb move is less of a wow factor than going mb to cb.....at least it always is for me.

You are right. The 945's are really a great set of irons. Looking back at the rounds I played with them, I did not loose any strokes because of them. So if everything is equal....J15's win out. Add the comfort factor and the J15's are easier to hit by design = a no brainer.

I have a Northwestern full set.....Driver.....spoon....and 3-5-7-9 irons and a putter......I would trade the works and throw in a bag if you could add a little cash to the deal.

The old fella has a home in Myrtle beach and i'm actually considering the idea of a backup set for when i head down there. Can't believe i would even consider a second set of the same irons...says alot about these. I would be surprised if the MP68s find their way back into the bag.

Yeah, trying to rekindle the love with the j36 blades while comparing them to the j15mb. I still think I will stick with the cb though, just a different shaft than the sf 110. A few things have caught my eye, but I don't venture too far from what I have used in the past and find tried and true. A machine putter is a nice addition to the bag. I really like mine...though my story still hasn't come to a close yet with my m9. Still waiting on Dave for a few things, I know he is busy. If you want more details about it feel free to pm me....lots of options for flat sticks out there. Not sure what else you'd want to try....maybe the cobra kings?

We know u couldnt handle the 120x modus in the 945 its ok man go back to the stiff in the j15 its your comfort zone
