I contacted customer service through chat and got a refund of $16.17 issued to my order. Probably worth a shot for those who already ordered. Nothing like getting a pair for $63 or so!

Easiest thing to do is go into Customer Service from the main menu. Need More Help/Contact Us at the bottom. Questions about an issue? Email Customer Service. Im having and issue with: My Order. Problem with my order. Other order issues. Pick your order and then explain the problem. They usually respond in 12-24 hrs. Often times they can't credit your order until the item ships if it is already in process and sometimes they ask you to write back after it ships. They've always taken care of these items for me when a discount didn't work.

I played one round with mine and found it wouldn't fit on a cart. Ordered a Three5 and dumped the Wilson on the BST. Wasn't a bad bag but that's a major flaw.
