Also, the golfnow code was in one of the boxes so I checked it and the booking system says code not found. It would've been a nice bonus had it worked, though.

They ran the same deal back in December I believe but it was yellow XV's. Such an awesome deal with the $45 GN code! I bought eight dozen and basically played four rounds for free at some really nice courses.

Last year I played a lot of GN and they would give you Srixon dollars to spend for every tenth round which usually ended up with me buying XV's

FYI, I placed an order for this item at the listed price and was sent the incorrect putter. I was told by RockBottomGolf that I had place my order for the incorrect item. My amazon order details obviously say otherwise. RBG says they are unable to resolve the issue over the phone so I had to email "Scratch" with details. Hopefully this is resolved quicly. Will post more info when available.

I think I would be ticked.. that is not the same putter at all as the Wilson Staff 8802... not even sure if the Staff Infinite is made of 304 stainless.... kind of doubt it for an MSRP of 80.00 less.

I was informed by RBG that they did not have an 8802 in stock, they listed the item incorrectly on Amazon and that they would issue a return label. In doing some research on their site, this is not an item they keep in inventory and therefore is shipped directly to the purchaser from Wilson every time. When I brought this fact up they agreed to check with Wilson on getting me the correct item. Not a shock, I am told they are unable to get the item from Wilson.

I understand mistakes are made at times, but yet the item is still listed in error on Amazon AND the item is available on their direct website. I would hate to think I could order it on their website for $100 more and the item would be available... Not a happy resolution, but will definitely sway me to steer clear of RBG for my future purchases.

You can find some good deals on RBG, but there customer service is absolutely terrible. I've had nothing but bad experiences with RBG cs.

They emailed me back when I told them what happened and asked me to send them pictures of the item. Why? It's not even close to the same thing.
