This has been a good week in acquisitions: Custom RZN blacks, VF 3 wood, VFP 4 iron, Method Matter B2-05, and a couple of VF drivers for gifts. Getting a Rombax P95x put in the VF 3w (I have 2 extra P95x's in case anybody is looking for one to try), getting a Fujikura Pro 95 Tour Spec shaft or Veylix Copper Mod 1010 put in the VFP 4i, and trying to decide what I want to do to customize the B2-05.

the blueboard I was fitted with is really good but dispersion is just not as tight as Rogue. As far as AD GP, everybody has one so figure I should give it a try, if it doesn't work it shouldn't be hard to resell it on bst or something. :)

Fellow Nike enthusiasts, I have a question: I purchased a VFP and it has an ACxxxxx serial, and a smaller BKxxxxx serial stamped right alongside/almost over in parts. Is there an significance to this?

Never planned to get a Nike wedge but $30 for a brand new forged wedge? I couldn't resist.

 

Now that I have made my impulse purchase, I am trying to figure the bounce on this one. It is 58* dual sole, can anyone help me?

It's a Scotty Cameron USA headcover that I have for my Newport putter. They can be found on eBay from time to time for around $150.

Just recovered my Vapor Fly 3 hybrid in BlueBoard X flex from the PGA Superstore. It had clear tape on the face (so maybe a demo somewhere) but it appears brand new nonetheless. :)

The 58* dual sole is 14* of bounce. I still have a 52, 56, and 60 of those laying around. They were/are fantastic wedges. Highly underrated

I had that wedge in a 56 when I wasnt carrying a lob wedge and it was great. Gave it to my brother in law because he needed a sadn wedge and he still plays it today and loves it

Thanks! It is certainly an underappreciated wedge. Very classical look at setup, reminiscent of older smaller Cleveland wedges.

 

I had that wedge in a 56 when I wasnt carrying a lob wedge and it was great. Gave it to my brother in law because he needed a sadn wedge and he still plays it today and loves it

 

Just tried it on a range and I like it enough that I will be gifting my brand new Cleveland RTX to my dad. For a hacker like me this Nike will be more than sufficient. Can't believe they were dumping it at such low price.
