Not sure what size my VrS umbrella is but it makes nice shade when walking down the fairway or waiting to hit a shot; especially this time of year. Can't use it when the wind is up as it makes pushing the cart a battle.

 

Never thought to do that when walking. Feel like an idiot now.

 

It definitely works as long as your umbrella mount gets the umbrella up high enough. I need to get the clicgear extension because mine is just short enough to make walking under it awkward.

Anyone have the retro 3 cart bag? Thinking of buying blind but would love to see some in hand pics. Looking for a non 14 way cart bag.

 

i have had the retro 3 bag for a couple months now. bad timing cause i'm at the hospital waiting for my kid to pop out, but i'll get some pics for you when i get home. i will say that cv is right, not a lot of pockets. there's the big thin pocket on the back like staff bags have, and then 3 normal pockets at the bottom plus a tiny flat pocket. and then two lined valuables pockets on the body of the bag that are worthless because they're so damn tight. you can fit a thin wallet into one and you phone in the other. i don't bother with either. i will say that the 5 way top is WAY better than the platinum cart bag's 6-way. but that's not saying much. i still get plenty of club tangle because the dividers stop about where the grips start (why they don't go to the bottom i'll never understand)

 

i may go back to my 14 way cart bag just because of the tangle. i will say that the retro 3 LOOKS awesome. i've gotten a lot of compliments on it.

I really don't carry much at all in my bag so this actually sounds perfect. I hate 14 way tops (clubs just sit weird to me, and I often only carry 11 or 12 clubs). I use a 2 Five for walking now so looking for a cart bag for riding rounds (think cart usage will greatly decrease life of 2 Five). Would love to see some pics when you get a chance. And CONGRATS! on the kid, hope all is well!

 

PS any idea what this bag cost new? Is $200 too much to pay?

Are they marked PRACTICE? The ones at my dunhams are...not that I care...all my rzn blacks I bought from quickfeet say PRACTICE and they are perfect.

finally got LCV. I had LC4id in 10.5, so I ordered 10.5 and it feels very tight but comfortable. 11 might feel too big but I always have this problem with Nike golf shoes...

I've never owned black golf shoes but those look tempting! How do they look in shorts? I'd hate to have to go buy black socks.

How much wider is wide? Maybe I should try that or try size 11. LC4id was bigger than actual shoes size.

finally got LCV. I had LC4id in 10.5, so I ordered 10.5 and it feels very tight but comfortable. 11 might feel too big but I always have this problem with Nike golf shoes...

 

I really wanted the LCVs and tried them in both 10W which fit in the toe box but slipped in the heel area, and then 10M which stopped the heel slipping but were too tight in the toe box. Sold both pairs and have since gotten A pair of Lunar Command 2's and a new pair of LC4's as those can be had on the cheap now. Both fit my feet waaaay better. Hoping the LCV2's work better for me.

4 t-shirts, 8 polo shirts, vest, windbreaker, hoodie, 1/4 zip pullover, sweater & rain jacket.

 

15 t-shirts.

 

Will do all my equipment next weekend!

 

Finally got round to taking equipment pictures! But now I have more apparel to add to the above pictures lol! Will take those pictures another day!
