Who's your announcer that you can't stand

Rich Lerner. Not technically an announcer, but when he shows up on my screen it's my cue to switch the channel since they won't be showing actual golf for a few minutes for some reason.

I agree, I like Judy Rankin. She knows her stuff. To add some positive to this thread, Frank Nobilo is good, so is Ian Baker-Finch, and I would definitely like to hear Dottie Pepper in the booth every week.

They're just for jokes, but Terry Gannon fires way too many shots at whoever he's announcing with. Once in a while fine, but the number of jabs he takes is annoying. Is he really that insecure and out of his element talking golf that he feels the need to try to make the person sitting next to him look bad?

Last night, I was watching the memorial tournament on Golf Channel. The announcer was crying and complaining about Justin Rose's Shoe laces being too long and flopping around as he walked. He had a nice announcer voice, but he was so annoying.

Anyone know who that was?

McCord and Feherty its listening to someone that thinks there funny and wont Shutup. They are just hard to listen too, trying to force some unfunny line. Also hate Nance, just the way he crescendos to fake excitement. how many times do i have to hear that the player has no chance, 1 in 10 chance of hitting the green from there and then hits it in tight, its become a joke

I sometimes wonder if any one has ever played one of his dissertations back to him,so he could hear what he sounds like.

I also have gotten into the habit of using the mute button when he is on.

McCord seems to win this one hands down, but Notah "Mumbles" Begay is almost as bad. I can understand about 3% of what he mumbles, but I always hear him remind us that he and Tiger are really good friends.
I like Ian Baker Finch, Frank Nobilo and Craig Perks is doing a decent job also.

I can't remember his name but use to do senior golf with Watkins. Who is horrific but this other guy was down right stupid, his wife also worked on GC in the early days. oh agree completely, it's personal preference. Had not seen a no vote on Judy so no biggie. You just won't get invited to the fan club meeting.
