Which shaft would best compare to a DI6? At my local store they have the GoGo, 661 and the 757. I didn't ask if they had any with the diamana shaft in it.

I think the GoGo will be closest to the DI6 Mid Launch and low spin mid 60 gram weight. The 661 is pretty close also. But would lean towards the GoGo

I took the Japanese 430 head with 661 to the course........Went to a hole where i could see the ball land and run out.....I also took my G30 LST with tour 65 and my R1 v2 with DI6......I hit six balls with each including the 430 with the DI6......The 430 felt like i was killing it and judging by the feel and sound only, i would have thought it was the clear winner but it was 5 to 10 yards shorter than the others....I repeated this again with same result.......Anyone else had similar experience......What say you?

Lol

Did the same thing yesterday. Literally walked around for 15 minutes with it so Noone else could snatched it Travis and duff talked me out of it though.

Okay, so I know pretty much nothing about these clubs and even less about shafts. I was at Dicks today and remembered this topic, so I decided to take a look. They had 3 total, but I didn't really know what I was looking at so I snapped some pics of the tags and figured I would ask you guys.

One of each with the SPD 661 and ATS 5 GOGO. They are just listed as "SLDR DR" on the tags, so I'm guessing these are just the regular heads and not the TP.

They also had one more, a 430TP with SPD 611.

I really have no use for any of this. I play regular flex and have a brand new driver that still has never been used. Is there anything that is such a great value here that I just have to buy it if I get the chance again? Is there anything else I should look for if they have more when I go back?

Thanks to member "erikro" from a thread I was looking at earlier, I picked up a set of Ping S56 (3-PW, KBS Tour S) for $180+tax at DSG. I had these for a while last year and have been on the lookout for a set ever since I traded them away. If your store has a set still on the shelves, they should be $180 as I think it's a national clearance. Good luck!

Have you actually tried it tho? Since the picture shows a US spec head. All their customer service told me was "the club delivered supposed to look exactly as shown in the picture"

I picked up one that was in store with the black head and 661 shaft. I don't think there customer service really understands what is going on. Apparently Dick's (Golf Galaxy) bought out some remaining JDM stock and is clearing it out. I think it's worth a shot but again, you're going to have to go on a little bit of faith for this deal...
