No. The Lucas Glover all white method grip. The whole grip was white. I was told from a buddy at Nike that once Lucas left,all the grips were destroyed. I believe it was all white grip with silver lettering.

Still rather have the tour cover lol

How much more spin do the dots have? I use the black from last year and they are phenomenal for me. Don't think I'd want more spin. Loss of distance would be my concern with more spin.

For my VFP 2 iron, would anything negative happen from cutting it half an inch and weakening the loft 1°? Not sure I need a 40.25 inch iron. And 18° meshes better with my set than 17

 

This is exactly how I ordered mine from Nike. A standard 2iron basically.

 

Sweet! I just didn't know if it would mess with the SW or anything awful like that.

I spoke with Nike on-line about this. After a lengthy conversation about the weight of certain shafts and the grips that could be applied with the potential of all the different swing weights I was hesitant to order a 2 iron. I was impressed with how knowledgeable the user on the other end was. He did give me solid advice about shaft length;

 

 

Just do it.

 

Swing weighting is one of my favorite things to play with and always a very difficult concept to discuss with the average joe who may not fully get it as most people accept what they get off the rack

 

Hey Mula, do you know of any posts or resources for an average joe to learn? I'm just getting into learning the customization with shafts and swing weights. Thanks.

I'd love a sweet new pair of non-high top, no swoosh on top of the toe, shoes. I will admit to being curious about the AM90's. Those have always been a sneaker I've liked. Will be really hard (for me) to not pickup those.

Those flyknits are so close. I havent hopped on the high top wagon so maybe that's it. I feel like these could be perfect if they were lows....something along the lines of the Bermuda or impacts...

The Flyknit Elite's look great! I wore my "rainbow" Chukka's this past Saturday, walked 9 holes with them. Extremely comfortable, going to be a great shoe this summer.

I've tried them on and thought they were pretty good. Only issue was I'm either a 9.5 or 10 in Nike shoes and the sample was a 9. Little cramped.
