ACTUAL capri pants, is definitely a no!

Yes he did but he was wearing an acceptable attire according to the Manly Man handbook. It states in the exceptions section in the book that if any article of clothing hangs below the knee but does not cover the ankles, a sock must be worn to meet the article of clothing so no ankles are to be seen.

No, Payne wore plus 2s or plus 4s, which was traditional attire at the turn of the 20th Century. These very short pants (capri) are very feminine looking, to much so for me. To each his own but I wouldn't want you to date my daughter, my son would be okay though.

Also, if a man carries a purse it is called a murse (mens purse). I'm not stuck on tradition or fashion, but never understood why a man would carry a purse (murse). I have always traveled light, just money and bank card in a money clip, and car and house key.

Personally I don't like them . I was just playing devils advocate . That's like saying pro v1's suck but not explaining any reasoning . I'd say I push "boundaries" on fashion but I wouldn't wear man pris however they are not as bad as 13-15 inch length shorts those are hideous

I only wear slacks on the course and cuffs in tourneys and swats.

 

I wear these casually and I wore em at my bar, which is a black bar and my customers loved em and I ended up buying 7 pairs of them for 3 different guys, lmao.

 

The colors were green, yellow, lavender and blue, lol

Alway a surprise to see how many "men" are concerned about what other men comment online when considering fashion. Why does anyone care what interests other people? If you're not interested in fashion, or comments regarding fashion, don't visit the thread.

Every Brand that sells golf apparel cares about fashion and what is trending in the segment of the market they are targeting. Not many magazines are still purchased, but those that are available are the likes of GQ, Outside, Men's Health, Men's Fitness and they all advertise fashion and include articles about fashion. Stop being surprised.

I do pretty good buying my own clothes my old man was a dapper dresser and I guess that rubbed off on me. Now if I am shopping and have a question and the wife is not with me I will send her a photo (thank the Lord for technology) and she will let me know whether I can pull it off or not. I wanted some design of Loudmouth pants one time and she said not no but hell no. I really liked those pants and said in my defense well John Daly wears them. She did not bat an eye and said yeah but I bet he gets well compensated for wearing them and looking stupid and you are not getting paid. Needless to say they stayed in the store
