Seems like the setup is fair as is. I've never understood why 'putting on a car hood' is the way to determine the best player.

You could see how relieved he was. When he hit it in that ditch on 9, I freakin knew a 6 was coming, and back to even. Azinger was on point, that shot out of the ditch was make or break. If that does not come out, 6-7 is in play.

 

He did what he had to do, hit the 3rd on the green, sometimes you roll in a long one. Great day from Sergio, really happy for him. Hold strong Sergio, you can do it.

Not that there aren't idiots however the next two days should mirror the first two-

 

If one should appear there is absolutely zero tolerance and they will not be asked to be quiet, they will be escorted from the grounds.

I'm originally from Pittsburgh , the city has deep roots in the forging the industrial might of the USA and is in my opinion a pretty tough town having lived all over this great country. My father, when I was a kid, when caught yelling out of place, stern open hand to the back of the head with about 100 mph of CLub head speed, Mickey Mouse in the sh*t in the "burgh" need not apply

 

My wife being from Chicago even gives credit to Pitt as a great sports town. But prior to any awarding a potatoes free zone, there will be more out of town guest and beer drinking O'clock was about 6am this morning

Yea, I saw that. I can't believe that his caddy is not more involved. I realize that it's not technically his job however once is an occurence, twice is a trend, and three times reality.

 

He's Playing for his livelihood and if his mind can't keep that straight during a round, ok, though why wouldn't you have your caddie take your back?

Watching on the US open.com coverage and loving it.

Seems like 95% of the shots being shown are from Bubba, Spieth, Rory, Westwood and Dechambeau. Westwood is leading so obviously that's warranted. But Fox clearly has their favorites. Judging by the telecast you would never guess there are any other players out there.
