Super comfy and easy to slip on. My most favorite pair of Nike golf shoes I've ever owned.

 

I have to admit I was a hater of these shoes when I first saw pics, but I tried them on today at PGA Tour SS and they look much better on foot. They're also really comfortable. I'm going to keep my eye on these for when they inevitably hit clearance.

Question on the Nike golf shoes "wide" fit. I've never ordered wide fit before but in trying on the LCV's, the box toe area is pretty tight. Will the wide version have a wider sole or just wider heel area?

The $20 dollar of coupon when first released had alot of holes. I was able to use it on items less than $100. I'm sure that has been patched as well. Was able to use it on the AJ xii golf.

Has anyone had the opportunity to compare Nikes offerings to Adidas and can your provide your opinion? I had lc4s last year and purchased two pairs of Tour 360 Boost this year. I like the style of the shoe and it is comfortable until I get to about the 4th hole. Then my archs are sore and sometimes the shoe digs into my ankle. I don't remember ever having an issue with the lc4 so I'm contemplating going to the LCV. I just need to get over the fact that they don't have spikes. The LCV would be my first spikeless shoe.

I can't comment on an Adidas comparison as I've never bothered to own any of their shoes, but if you're hung up on the LCV being spikeless that concern is not really relevant as these feel and work like no other spikeless shoe I've ever tried. The articulated integrated traction does not have traditional spikes but it is by no means comparable to any other spikeless shoe.

Quite a few years back I got on an Adidas kick and had a few pairs of their shoes. The 360 LTD at the time was pretty good, but the model that was one notch down did the same to me. The heel cup killed my ankle and achilles area. Had two pair replaced under warranty and gave up after that. Went back to Nike and been there ever since.

The fact that people call these a spikeless shoe is an absolute joke. There isn't a spiked shoe which has ever brought this type of traction to the course. These might be the GOAT in Nike's golf shoes business. Will be hard to top.

When I refer to these being spikeless, my biggest concern is not being able to swap out spikes when you start losing traction. Ultimately once the shoes wears out you replace the shoe instead of spikes.
