god this tornmanet is a joke. Spieth going to win after being a s*** show off the tee all week.

 

Everybody acknowledged this was a second shot golf course before play ever started. Spieth led the field in GIR (aka 2nd shots) through 54 holes. Why are we so upset at him that he is leading?

 

Champion should excel at all facets of the game and not rely on an extraordinary amour of luck in finding good lies all week. Credit for scoring well but cmon how many times can you miss a fairway and not be punished in any way?

 

Lies so good you have to take an unplayable?

 

You're right hitting s ball 70 yards offline should be rewarded.

I hate the way this has all gone down. I'm a big fan of both guys so I have no issue with Spieth winning, but it just seems so cruel to Kuchar to have the tease of the trophy being in his grasp and then getting completely steam rolled by an all time great type player having an all time great performance. It would have been better somehow if Spieth just never gave him a chance.

 

 

I agree in a way. But to be fair kuch had a chance to close it out and didn't hit a lot of clutch putts. But I do feel for him. I would have been pulling for him against anyone else.
