Thanks for the heads up on this. Ive been wanting the hot punch TP's forever but now im not sure if I want to pay the $200 for them when I get the regular version for half of that on ebay.

Those Janoskis remind me of my 3rd grade shoes from catholic school. They'd probably look slightly better without that sock choice. I appreciate not everyone wearing the same shoes, though.

RIP to my Safari Bred AM1s. Stepped in the most misleading mud ever today. Went to get a ball hit out of bounds in what appeared to be hard ground. Turned out to be knee high mud. I cannot tell you how misleading that was. All 3 people I was with thought it was hard ground.

 

Any tips on trying to restore these?

Take the laces out and wash them with your regular clothes. Go get some leather shoe cleaner and a soft to medium stiffness brush and clean them. Should be fine since its just mud and they're a dark base already.

@ckalinec that sucks so bad. Start with rinsing them off. I haven’t done it yet. But people have advised throwing shoes in the washer

Just wash them by hand....take the soles out, give'em a good strubin' and let them dry. I don't think they are ruin at all.

I’ll try that. Hopefully I can get them back close at least. I guess it gives me an excuse to grab those cool grey 11s JT was wearing if they actually release.

Dude, put them in the wash with a couple of rags. Take out insole and the the laces. Will come out like new. Stuff full of paper towels while they dry to absorb and keep shape. Easy Peasy

Agreed with the above. Pull the laces and insoles out. Put them through the washer (not dryer). If they are still dirty you can hand wash them in a tub with oxyclean. Oxyclean works wonders. You could also put the oxyclean in your initial load in the washing machine. You can also use Mr Clean Magic Eraser to restore the midsole. Give the laces a soak in oxyclean as well.
