Just the gc2, hmt is more than I’m willing to spend

With GC2 you get a significantly improved shot to show time, larger FOV, better HLA readings, no short game issues, no high ball speed issues, no finicky connection issues, no annual user fee and tighter tolerances on the measured data. Some of these can be fixed or improved and some cannot. If you can afford the skytrak, most likely you will be happy, if you can afford the GC2, you will be happier.

Ultimately I will probably end up just purchasing the Foresight unit because, on my experience, every time you but something cheap and tell yourself it's good enough, you send up eventually buying the expensive thing anyways and losing money on unloading the cheaper item. Less expense in the long run to just save for what you really want.

I hear that, especially since it's an obsolete unit now. I always assumed Quad just came with club data given its price tag, but when I looked into it I was kind of shocked there was a $3000 surcharge just for unlocking it.

Not saying it's not worth it for fitters or teaching pros, but it just seemed really steep.

So dialing in wedges works well on the GC2. What about putting? Or do you just put it on auto finish a certain distance from the flag?

How does Skytrak compare as far as short game goes? What are its deficiencies?

Does the TM4 come with all of the courses that they list on their website - or is that another cost?

I would love to see a somewhat same to same price comparison between the GCQ and TM4. I was stunned to see how much the course additions were to the GCQ - if in fact I'm reading the information correctly.

I have only just started looking at this so I could be reading this wrong. Maybe the GCQ comes with some courses and not others - but I feel like I read that for the price TM4 comes with a whole boatload of intial courses.
