am so bummed I fell asleep after just a few holes..

I guess my body clock was just used to waking up at 3am the past 3 days and couldn't handle the change in time..

woke up at 3am and so happy to know Tiger won....can't wait to watch replay !!

PS: blessing in disguise as I would have been too nervous watching it live!!

I mean I def don’t want it to be true. It’s just my rational mind says pros don’t miss that much at the end. And are all smiles when they lost...

There is a TON of bets Riding on this masters

This could be his new A game. Would it really surprise you that he is not a good as he was once? Maybe it was not perfect but still high quality golf. Game good enough to beat everybody else.

Molinari wasn't really playing that well today, he was making pars but he was grinding for them. #12 got him and he kind of came unraveled, he isn't the first and won't be the last to meet that fate at Augusta.

Yes he does, needs what is now his A game, whatever components are there at that particular time.

he did? I didnt see that. He was fresh off an impressive par at 11, lots of golf to play at that point

It has often been said that the new generation isn't as affected by the "Tiger effect" as the last generation. I think today many of them found out what it feels like.

For one: Fransisco did choke, it's inexcusable to put it in the drink TWICE on the back 9... Especially with the way he was hitting the ball all weekend.

Two: Tiger was not an A with the driver... He missed a good amount of fairways. That said, he made some incredible escapes but also had luck on his side. I am telling you the golf gods shined down on him multiple times with where his drives landed after heading into the trees (right and left). His irons are what propelled his win. Period. He did get better with the putter from Thursday and Friday.

Lastly: He just knows Augusta like very few. He placed tee shots best he could and played approach shots in the correct spots. This was clear as crystal the back 9 today. After Fransisco did the unthinkable and played the extremely unsafe shot with the shorter iron and went into the drink. Tiger saw his opportunity to make this tournament HIS. From there it was all a plan to use his years of experience and previous wins; Played drives on 13,15, 17 and 18 right where they needed to be, iron shots were safe but left him makable putts, and he hit his tee shot on 16 in the exact precise location to use the slope, knowing 100% what it was going to do.

Unbelievable, but even with this great round, it is fair to say, this was Fransisco's tournament to lose, and that's exactly what he did. He doesn't go in the water , TWICE. That's a choke in my book. Play to the damn center...ughhh. It got Phil, it got Spieth, and now Molinari. He makes the birdies he made and plays safe... He wins by 1 posting -15.

It didn't happen, glad to see Tiger win... His demeanor has changed for the better which I love and used to hate about him. Very cool to send his kids see him close another major... After 8 years. Not a Tiger Fan, but give credit where it's due... He earned this.

So how big of a bet would said pro have to have on Tiger to forgo the $2mil first place check and the millions in endorsements?

Poor form man. I guess you missed Brooks' interview where he was clearly upset his putt didn't fall on 18...

Also your theory is just dumb. They would have had to place their bets on Wednesday to get good odds and how do they know if Tiger will play welll enough to win?

And they'd have to bet a huge amount to outweigh what they would make from winning and sponsorship bonuses.

Tiger plays poorly or gets injured and their bets are down the drain. Sounds like a great plan.

Just total hogwash of a theory. I hope I'm being trolled : )

I think Tiger was energized when Frankie's ball went in the drink, suddenly a par become a birdie on that hole and he knew exactly where to put the ball on the green to make that happen. That said, I wouldn't call him deflated before that. He just found his opportunity and pounced.

i agree. Francisco got tight. Even the approach to 10 was disturbing- middle of the fairway and lose it left?

after his performance at The Open Championship and 3 rounds into the 2019 Masters, i thought no way he fades. Someone will have to take it from him. I was shocked.

But kudos to Woods, did what he had to do- birdied 13, 15, and 16 to nail it
