As a total aside, I love the inside stories from Notah...

The story about tiger and he picking up Tigers kids from school was excellent considering at the time neither of them thought we would be here today...

Love inside stories....Eddie murphy’s brother is the goat story teller fwiw

LOL probably not. But he's no longer a full Ernie Els or Ray Floyd career from tying Jack in majors. Ha

Of course you didn't cry. You cry at the end of the movie, not the beginning. This movie is just getting started and it's only the 2nd in the trilogy :-)

Today made me think Koepka is the guy for the next 15-20 years. May be an understatement considering he's won three majors, but I would put my money on him as the next all time great. More than Rory, DJ, JT, Day, Rahm, Spieth...anyone.

He continues to look great in majors, but that's 4 weeks a year. You can't be the guy with only 5 PGA Tour wins, even if 3 of them are majors. Tiger has 15 majors now...but also 81 wins on the PGA Tour. Tiger played consistently great, going on tournament win streaks on several occasions. It's unfair to compare any of the current generation to Tiger, but at least Rory, DJ, Spieth etc have gone on runs of winning 4-5 tournaments in one year.

Long story short, have a lot of respect for Koepka's game but makes me think with his talent he should be winning more regular tournaments.

I’m in north Texas....we had like 3 tornadoes yesterday

This is from my master window yesterday morning...grapel(hail) about the size of grapes....I’ve been in golfball hail for decades every year and once baseball size

Just get to the middle of ur house and try not to die

Koepka was damn near unflappable. He made a double on 12 and bounced back the next hole with an eagle. Really the only time he seemed to let anything get to him was his missed birdie putt on 18. Dunno if it was a pull or just didnt think it would break that hard or not the right speed. But he really doesnt let Tiger and the noise get to him too much.

Koepka could well be that focal point for golf going forward but we have all rushed to annoint Tiger's successor and been proven wrong...or at least correct only in short spells.

5 years ago Rory was going to dominate after picking up two majors and regular tour wins before injuring himself playing football.

Jason Day and Jordan Spieth were going to be our generation's Jack and Arnie after their battle for the PGA, both multiple winners.

Then DJ had the season of his life and people (myself included) thought that he had the power and mental attitude to dominate in a way Rory couldn't.

Now Tiger's had enough and come back and started to show the kids what he is all about.

Koepka is interesting and one that I think has all the attributes to be that guy, however golf is so unpredictable you can never be sure. He's certainly benefited from playing the Challenge Tour, EuroPro and European Tours, experiencing all kinds of courses, conditions, winners cheques etc. One thing that may well hold him back is the fact that he doesn't come across as particularly marketable.

Time will tell but I'm looking forward to seeing it going down over the next few years.

It's obviously very subjective with a million shades of gray. I think what most people are thinking is that Tiger this week was not as good as prime Tiger. And that he probably can play even better than this.

Koepka had a great chance after the lucky break on the poor tee shot at 10. Saved par there and seemed like it was setting up for him to win this deal. Stunning mistake on the 12th hole cost him the jacket in the end.

Even the short birdie on 18 could’ve been a playoff forcer.

Remember, Tiger at his prime was the longest plus hit more greens.....I think he's using guile and experience but the biggest thing missing is the putter.....intimidation was heavy

I'm ok with with Tiger 2.0 ...... winning was VERY SURREAL....

True, although Tiger did not putt very well today either. Both of them missed a bunch of good birdie chances throughout the round.
