Surprised to see Sierra with a round of 78, falling back to T79. She has work to do today.

Alison also below the cut line at +10. She's +9 today through 12 holes. Wow.

Extremely windy today, more so in the afternoon --- not an excuse but this is beffudling some players... Obviously the top players so far have separated themselves, while those struggling continue to struggle or are just treading water...

The current Top-11 players:

Muni He, LPGA 101-150

Hee Young Park, LPGA 101-150

Yealimi Noh, Stage II

Kelly Tan, Symetra 11-35

Lindsey Weaver, LPGA 101-150

Haeji Kang, LPGA 101-150

Jennifer Chang, Stage II

Albane Valenzuela, Stage II

Celine Herbin, LPGA 101-150

Maia Schechter, Stage II

Elizabeth Szokol, LPGA 101-150

LPGA 6, Stage II 4 and Symetra 1.

Has to give LPGA a lot of credit; they've out performed Stage II and Symetra Tour combined thus far.

However, two more rounds before results are etched on the stone.

Interesting pairing tomorrow, Haley and Bianca... Is this good or bad or neither? I've never really played competitive golf to know how this impacts them (game face on I guess?) Beardown? :) I do like the fact that Bianca still has the "worst" score of the three so that gives her something to chase...

Birdie - Double Bogey start for Bianca. need to step it up for a top 20 finish... 30 or so holes to catch up.... looking more like an even cumulative for top 20 (maybe they're really making it tough today and tomorrow ). +3-4 or better for a card (assuming +1 today and tomorrow are good enough for chasers out of top 45 this morning prior to tee off)... fingers crossed! lots are feeling the pressure early on so far and the 4C weather this morning and the pin placements today are not helping ... last night's rain also offset some of the long ball hitters advantage it seems

Scores look much higher today. The best rounds appear to be -3's, and there are a ton of players with +5 or worse rounds.

I'm just sitting on pins and needles waiting for the next 24 hours rooting for Bianca.... seems like I overestimated the cut line, +5 for top 45 was surprising! But I think the cream of the crop is starting to show... Players out of top 45 get a symetra card and that's about it it seems... At this point I'm now rooting for top 20 for B!!! :) (it was a slow tough grind the first few rounds till that -8 yesterday! whew!)

From Q-Series:

At a minimum, competitors who finish in positions #1-45, including those tied for 45th place, at the end of

Q-Series will receive LPGA Membership in Category 14 on the LPGA Priority List. Competitors who finish

outside of the top 20, will also receive Symetra Tour Membership in Category C on the Symetra Tour Priority

List.

*Minimum of Top 45 and ties receive LPGA membership (final total number TBD) and all other players who

complete 108 holes will receive Symetra Tour status. 2020 category status and number of membership cards will be

determined by LPGA prior to the commencement of the LPGA Q-Series competition***

From Stage II:

A TBD number of players will advance to Q-Series.

All other players who complete 72 holes will receive Symetra Tour status (based on finish) for the 2020 season*

So players like Alison Lee and C Woods will get Symetra status?

It's Symetra Tour for Cheyenne for sure.

Alison still has a fighting chance; but she needs a final round tomorrow of -7 or better.

Thanks for clarifying for me! It seems like players like Cheyenne and Alison would have one hell of an advantage in the Symetra tour. Seems unfair to all the young rookies. Hope they can pull through tomorrow.
