I am one of those who believe there is early onset CTE with AB. Being a jerk, as Forged as clearly indicated, is one thing, but anyone that self-centered knows when to pump the brakes once they have taken care of themselves. At this point, this is simply self-destructive. Money can do a lot, but this is beyond narcissism. I do think the money can have a warping effect, no doubt, I just hope he avails himself to the help he clearly needs.

I couldn’t agree more on the discipline and I would throw in drive and focus, my “triad” for being a winner, whether as an individual on the course, in one’s profession or as a team on the football field.

 

I also lost all hope for the Brownies when they didn’t hire Williams permanently as he picked a team of Individuals off of the mat, made them a team & instilled the drive, focus and discipline that they had lacked and though the pressure was off of them the last 8 games after that a horrid first half of the season, Williams brought what the Brownies needed and more importantly, they bought into what he was preaching!!

 

So what does the ownership/mgt do???

 

They go the current path du jour of hiring an OC???

 

F•ck me, these guys can’t be this F’n stupid??

 

But they are!!!

 

And ya see what happens.

 

They had the answer to the test right there on the paper before em but were too F’n stupid to write it down??

Last year the Redskins were a home dog 6 times. They got the "w" in 3 of those contests. Tonight they find themselves in that same spot as a home underdog. The line opened at 5 and is currently at 5 1/2.

I'm taking the points for a medium sized wager. I am though expecting/ hoping for an outright win at Fed Ex Field tonight even though their MNF record is horrific.

The article is solely focused on their remedies within the CBA. What they're ignoring is that the Patriots had specific language in Brown's contract, as they put in all their contracts, stating that if there was an issue related to the player that could potentially embarass the franchise that he failed to disclose to team management, it voids his signing bonus. He and his agent had to know about this lawsuit prior to him signing the contract.

I've been a Redskins fan since our family moved to Northern Virginia in 1965. We used to have tickets when the team still played at RFK, and even in the lean years, it was fun. It's not fun anymore. The move out of RFK, and selling the team to Daniel Snyder have ruined this team. Sports in DC used to be the Skins and everyone else. Now, the Caps and Nationals have moved ahead of the Redskins. It was hard to watch the last couple games. The level of cheers for the Cowboys was unbelievable, and so was the number of empty seats and Bears fans on a monday.

The Redskins are a total disaster......there's no other way to put it. The WORST stadium in the league, lousy gameday experience, terrible coaches, pitiful players, and upper management decision-making that sets the team back a decade each time they pull the trigger on something (see RGIII, Albert Haynesworth, Josh Norman, etc). Five winning seasons since 2000......it's a race to the bottom!
