FYI as of today the Gen1 milled wedges are $195 each with Heroes

They may do it for the Gen3 stuff the new wedges I was told today will be at $650 and will come out in January.

The current (T) wedges were $650 and they included them in this deal earlier this year. I would imagine the new wedges would be included too.

dont think anyone knows what Heroes pricing will be Gen3 my guess similar to current Gen2 pricing. Gen2 will prob be less like $200-250 my guess. Gen1 milled wedges dropped suddenly from $295 to $195 Heroes. Just have to check website daily

I doubt there will be GEN 3 irons available in Heroes pricing for at least 9 - 12 months.

Well... had my fitting this morning at PXG Scottsdale. Another shot out to Tyler. I have been fit for a driver and putter previously by him. What a great guy and knows his stuff. He was showing me and letting me hit all the new stuff. Awesome guy! True professional.

I am an Air Force Veteran and went there to get for for the 0211’s because of the smoking Hero deal. I am posting a review in the 0211 thread, but they didn’t beat out my P790’s enough to warrant a change (other reasons really).

Now the Gen3 irons.... I am willing to sell my first born for those. Wow!! I was able to hit the 0311ST, 0311P, and 0311XP. The ST were intimidating to look down on, but they were more forgiving than I thought. Man they felt amazing! Really good. Tyler said he sells them to not only scratch, but 10 to 13 hdcp guys.

Gen3 0311P Nippon Modus 120 Stiff was complete money for me. Tyler explained the guts of the Gen 3 with a cutaway and why Gen3 is better. Well.. that man was right! My dispersion was much better and gained 8 (consistent) yards from my P790’s. I saw what the Gen3 head could do for me and it showed. 184 yd 7 iron that kept landing in the same spot, shot after shot. Tyler really fit me in to what I needed and the Gen3 heads are crazy good. XP just didn’t suit me eye.

Can’t say enough good things about these heads.

Those Gen3 0311P irons are in my future.

Were the Gen 3 "P" heads the closes match heel to toe length to your 790's?

Did you hit the new "T" irons and why not them over the "P"? And in not would you do a mixed set if you went 0311?

The new Sugar Daddy wedges... those are available now right?

Tyler said the 0311P were the closet to the 790’s and I fully agreed. I had my irons with me and compared them side by side. As a 10 hdcp, and previously fitting me, he knew my abilities and didn’t even mention the T. The ST were really good and bet the 0311T would be good. Day in and day out the P would be my club.

The Romeo and Zulu are going away and will only have the Sugar Daddy wedges in 2020. I showed him my TM Bigfoot HT wedge and showed me the new Sugar Daddy wedges with weights in the high toe to almost replicate the HT wedge. It was even a more rounded head almost getting there like a high toe. He said PXG engineers don’t like the full grove high toe shape and went with this. Man they look good! $625 a wedge and not avail until Jan some time.

BTW...$6k gets you Gen3 irons and Gen2 woods full bag. 14 clubs and a bag. I should be ok with the wife and child making me money.

Just kidding.. I am waiting until Gen3 has Hero pricing. I am a regular guy that doesn’t have this kind of cash laying around.

I have always played the P's over the T's. But in the last year I went to a smaller head using the Tour Dot heads of the Callaway Apex Pro. They seem a touch smaller than the Gen 2 T's. Been scoring and have a lot of confidence. It will be tough to switch but we are who we are.

So I think for me the 7-pw has to be the smaller heads of the "T", but I am addicted to the juice in the long irons. Longer and higher the better as long as the chassis isn't too ugly. I was actually thinking of getting the ST for the 8-pw but they looked to small for me and the finish would match as good with a mixed set. JMHGO
