Thanks! I checked the site but they don´t have the shaft I play or sell just the head which is what I´m really looking for... My aldila Rogue max (red) 75X -0.5 fits me perfect!

Yeah im still gaming one... also im a cave man from the year 9 bc. just kidding. I have a fusion driver frm the same year the gbb epic came out and i have a rogue and a mavrik standard... they honestly all do an amazing job and all go about the same distance. If anything... sometimes my fusion from 2017 out drives the other 2. Upgrading these days seems to me that its just about feeling and trying something fresh or like it better astetically.

The OG Epic might be one of the best sounding drivers in the last 5 years.  Not sure why I got rid of mine...dumb.

 

From all accounts the new release is supposed to be pretty playable.  Was not a fan of flash and maverick never did anything for me.  Very curious about about max ls.

So took this guy out for the first round.....needless to say I'm very impressed......biggest finding was the ability to draw......not hook but an actual draw which was needed on the 12th hole on my home track......hadn't hit that shot in years , with many different drivers.....stuffed 7i and made the birdie!  

 

Shot 76 with 4 birds.....struggled with irons on front 9 .....hit 7 greens on back shooting 34

Great driver but put it on the sidelines. Wanted something with a bigger sweet spot. Still have it with 3 different shafts.

Just got a used GBB Epic and plan to pair it with a new Aldila Rogue Silver 130 MSI. Have always been a Titleist guy (Fit for a TS2 w/ VA Drago 8.75°) and haven’t tried this Epic out. Have a 10.5° That I’ll be trying at -1°. Without knowing my swing, what “could” I expect out of this?

I used the OG Epic SZ until I caved the face in with 1 too many driver off the deck shots. Callaway gave me an Epic Flash SZ which I traded for an M5 (disaster), G410 LST (disaster) which I traded for a Cobra SZ Xtreme (super forgiving). I'm now waiting to get fit for a new driver bc I've lost 40 yards off my drive with higher ball speeds (swing change and bad fits) 🤦. If that doesn't work I'll find an OG Epic SZ.

I still have my 2014 Bertha Alpha in the bag. Lowest spinning head I think I have ever found. I will probably play it till it falls apart. Xstiff aldia tour green in there, its big money.

Nice round. The Epic and the T200’s, I presume?

 

The Epic does sound much, much better than the Epic Flash. The newest Callaway driver that sounds great is the B21, and I found it really came alive when I added 10 grams to the head to get it to 202g.

T200s are seriously dialed in .....when my tempo gets in the Ryan Palmer zone, I'm throwing darts..... 17 Epic and this shaft.....the profile is stiff tip and butt but soft mid section.....I'm a caster so tip support is needed.....I can go at this without fear which in turn creates straighter shots.......I tried shaft in Max LS head and very similar results;  lower spin ,better ballspeed on LM . Not sure of course translation and I'd love to find outside demo day.

Love the 17 Epic.    

Hope the new Cally drivers have great feel and sound as well...

 

Flash was not great.   Mav slight improvement....
