Miura (US) forgiveness rankings?

In terms of forgiveness, how do the Miura-US rank among themselves? 
 

the IC-601 are touted the most forgiving.

 

what is the order of forgiveness for the others:

Interesting that you both think the MC is more forgiving than the CB. I’m going to hit both later this month but what makes the MC more forgiving?

Apologies for belatedly bumping this thread, but do you know where the PP-9003s fit in (I would assume near the bottom = most forgiving)?

 

Also, I realise the Giken CB-2007s were Japanese not US, but would they be somewhere in the mid-table?

 

I am a long-time Ping player as an adult (handicap 9, decent ball striker - it's the driving which holds me back) who grew up with blades as a teenager and I am keen to buy a set of Miuras just to experience them as their reputation is so great (possibly just for fun rounds, rather than scoring) -  but I have spent weeks reading up on the different models and my head is spinning. I am struggling to pick out which would be best.  Looking at older models as some of these are available in ex/mint cond and affordable on the bay, and for at least some forgiveness - so ruling out BBs and the like.  I like the PPs but worry that they are too game improvement-ish and would look massive and oversized compared to my iBlades.

 

Any insights welcome!

Yeah, I guessed that.  Do you know how much bigger their blade length is?  If anyone out there owns 9003s and another set of more standard irons (especially anything in Ping's i range) i'd love to see them side by side.

Hmm my TC 201 are easier to hit than my previous T100T200...

 

MC 501 were tougher not as tough as the blades and CB 501

Although honestly they're all forged players irons, they're not made to be easy to hit or very forgiving, they're exceptional at what they're designed for, which is to be incredibly consistent.

I just assembled a set of Genesis Passing Point 9005 iron heads on NS Pro Neo 950 GH shafts.

they are wonderful!!  Heads are soft and very, very forgiving.  plus paired with Neo shafts they launch very high....but you can still knock the ball when needed.

These could be my last set of irons!!

What about in terms of feel?

 

I tried MB-101, and even though I was able to hit it, given my hdcp, middling it was fairly hard. I wonder if Mc-501 has the same feel with a good strike, maybe comparable to MB-101?
