A weak 83 for me today par 72 6900yrds 72.6 131 slope. started off double double finished 43/40 32 putts no birdies only 9 gir not a good putting/driving/shortgame day. :clapping: ballstriking was ok the greens I missed I didnt miss by much I just couldnt get up and down from a one step ladder today. I think my psyce is telling me to go buy the Scotty Cameron already. Playing again sunday so hopefully back in the 70's

Then this interesting little tidbit happend with some A hole father on the course.

Why do you think a Cameron is going to improve your putting game????????????????? :man_in_love:

The putters weight just feels more comfortable in my hands, it fits my eye and lines up a bit easier for me, and I feel as if I can stroke the ball with more confidence with that particular putter, hopefully that confidence will lead to a few more putts made. I have tried out about 15 or so different putters in the last month and that putter just seems to get along with my stroke the best. Im realy not all about spending that much on a putter as you can see by my bag its really not about the $ just what works for me and if an 89.99 ping felt as good in my hands as the cameron then that is what I would get.

Is that ok with you or do you need a better answer?????? :man_in_love:

79 today tale of two nines front nine 2 bogeys 1 dbl 2 birdies 4 pars 37 par/35 14 putts

back nine 42 par/36 1 dbl 4 pars 4 bogeys 17 putts one 3 putt.

11/18 greens overall a good ballstriking and driving day for me. One of the birdies was a kick in the other a 4 footer, had 4 other real makable birdie putts within 10ft just couldnt get it done with the flatstick again. now for my excuse it was real tough to putt on dried out closley mown super bumpy bermuda greens. It didnt help that I hit 2 hosel rockets one each on the double bogey holes hahahahaha just when you think you have the game down here comes the shank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

31 on the front and 36 on the back! 5-under is the best I've been in a fews months. Putter is beginning to feel like a putter again rather than a sledge hammer.

Just got back from North Carolina, played Blowing Rock CC 2 times, 77-78. Made a good bit of birdies, as the course is pretty short. I just don't play mountain golf very well, I walk up to so 300 yard par 4 up a hill and end up making bogey, or 3 putting from 10 feet bacause I still haven't figured out the "mountain effect". Beautiful part of the country, the course was in perfect condition. Weather was in the 60's on Tuesday and the the 70's on Thurs.

Yeah, I just puked a 97 on my home course. 69.6/129 par 72 from the golds. Only 6200yds. Played the last 5 holes at one under and decided I wasn't going to end my golf day like that.

Drove 5 miles away to a course I played on Saturday morning. Posted a more respectable 83. Course was a bit easier. I think it was 67.9/115 par 71 about 5800yds.

I normally shoot in the mid to high 90's, but my last 5 rounds have been 85, 87, 90, 97, 83. Hope my swing changes stick!

my long game is horrible right now. I'm lucky to find the center of the clubface and hit drives farther than 225. i shot a 43 with 13 putts. my chipping was so on. I hit 2 greens. of the 7 greens I missed, i had 6 tap in up and downs. 2 of my chips rolled right over the hole. the other 4 ended up right next to the hole anyway. I had probably about 13-14 feet total left after those 6 chips.

I had my first Hole in one today. Aced the 186 yd 2'nd hole at Meadowlinks Golf Club, here in Cincinnati, and I did it during a playing lesson. Couldn't see it go in from the tee, and as we walked up to the green I was pissed thinking the ball went over, and over is a dead. Before I went down to tramp the bushes behind the green, I decided to take a look in the hole, and holy crap, there was my Titelist NXT #2 in the cup. Followed it up with two birdies in the next three holes and shot 33. A day to remember.

83 on Monday at High Meadow Ranch GC North of Houston.

Played by myself in 2.5 hours. Nothing memorable about it. First time playing (early view for a tourney there in 10 days). Greens so baked they ran like Augusta. VERY hard to get used to. 35 putts. Hit a putt that on most holes would stop within a foot of the hole (and I mean because it was barely moving, not talking about overall pace) and it rolls 6 feet by!!! Had a 40 footer that I rolled 15 feet past! Wow....good thing I 'pre-played' it. Plan on playing again next week before the tourney.

they say is it 73.3/130 but fairways are pretty wide and greens are ENORMOUS. Granted, I was hitting pretty well because in addition to the putts, I fatted about 4 wedge approach shots. Yeah, I was playing pretty well on other holes. Only one par 5 was a 3-shotter and only because I pushed my drive to where I had to punch under trees to cross a corner to get a shot at the green.

Shot an 87 today after a three week layoff, which isn't bad for me - but the best part was HITTING MY FIRST ACE at Heron Creek Golf Club in northern Indiana! I hit an easy 9 iron, 120 yards with the flag in the back of the green. I heard a thud, and thought I may have hit a tree just behind the green, but was thrilled to see a slam dunk ace. Luck was on my side today - my son was with me - what a thrill!
