I believe Shepherd's Hollow in Clarkston is open.   I'm not sure about carts though.   

 

Westwynd is open Wednesday I believe, again call to verify.

Looks like golf isn’t in the cards this Easter visit.  Had a meeting in New Buffalo and drove past Dunes Club.  Watched the sunset off the back of Harbor Shores last night.  The St. PGA maintenance is coming along.  Bleachers going up and the tents have started popping up.

Summer golf is great here.  Winter golf down south is awesome too.  Figured that out last winter finally.

Monday versus yesterday afternoon.  I live on the third hole of Northville Hills Golf Club, course looks like its in great shape, had plenty of golfers out yesterday.

Golf season officially begins Sunday.   Three day trip to Streamsong, then match play in mid May in Chicago before getting back into Michigan labor day weekend.

I feel like the entire state will have a tee time Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning

Yes they let us know.  Punched fws on one course.  Patchy greens on another.  No big deal

It’s all good, I live on a golf course.  I’d have to be a complete idiot to think that it would never happen.  I’d rather you grab your golf ball than leave it for my lawn guy to potential hit with his mower!

No worries.  My favorites are the balls that I find in my front yard, I get about a dozen a month in the front.  The wind was from the south today, so I’ve had some good foot traffic!

Also- @teehildenand @3_Jack_Par, you have no idea how loud it is when I drive hits the roof!  My family room faces the back yard and the ceiling is vaulted to about 20 feet high, it’s LOUD!  It’s funny when I have someone here visiting, it scares the $h!t out of them!

I’m in front of the fairway bunker on the left side of the fairway.  It’s about 170 yards from the white tee box.  Snap hook territory for sure.

Super busy this morning, probably the most cars I've seen in the lot at the course I played today.  Made for a slowish round but hard to care too much it was so good to be out

I live in Louisiana, my wife’s family lives in SW Michigan.  A few years ago we built a house up there for visits and summer fun.

TPC yesterday had standing water in certain parts of the course with soft rough and some of the fairways but the greens rolled like pool tables.  Picked the wrong day to move back to the tips, I’m rethinking that one and will play one set up for a month until it dries up.
