Never been a odyssey fan with the soft face insert, but the Toulons look promising

Don't folks mention that the Toulon's go a bit far in the other direction? I seem to remember comments about that they're too hard.

Not sure, maybe those folks have been using the insert and then trying g a solid face milled putter gives them that “hard” feeling

I have the Toulon Atlanta and it's the softest milling I've felt. Its certainly firmer than a spider insert or something but it's the perfect balance of milling feel but a little softer than others.

Not having followed Toulon closely, will these make their way to retail?

 

Or is it more like Ping PLD and restricted to tour only?

We will have to wait and see what the garage brings. But small batch may be the only option

Such nice head shapes. All of these looks great from address. Face milling is still very gimmicky looking IMO, but overall awesome.

I love that San Diego. Hope it’s a bronze. Silver is very nice as well. very Clean.

Be interested to see if the satin finish and the black finish are both offered as OTR options and which models they will be including in this release. Incorporating the recent small batch shapes would be a welcomed addition.

The new bottom looks fantastic. Unfortunately, this ensures that getting additional weights for the old models will only be getting even more difficult. 

 

I'm assuming the variable lighter milling will improve feedback and not just be aesthetic?
