This new Banana Republic ad that takes up the whole screen needs to go

This is pretty obnoxious.  It takes 3 clicks to get rid of it, and even though you can see a little bit of your screen it won't allow you to click on anything until you close it out.  I get that we need to make some ad revenue but this is a little much.

Houston, we have a problem.  Has been occurring for the last hour or so.  Reporting is now showing up in the Website Help Section.  Beyond annoying.

I suspect you're using an iPad? Turn it off and restart.

Using my laptop (OSX, Safari).  No problem on iOS mobile.  Run all the usual protocols (clearing cache, malware scan).  The problem is on the site host end.

Could be a malformed ad, but you also might have a cookie setting off. I'm running OSX with Chrome with no extensions and don't see anything.

 

I don't run safari anymore. I had too many problems, but that's just me.

I typically use iPhone/Safari when I’m here. I get the occasional Toyota ad popping up. A little car that pops up and runs around the perimeter of the screen. A couple of times I’ve clicked on something on the site and it takes me to a Toyota page. Turn my device off and restart and it goes away.

This just started about an hour ago and   the only add that I've had an issue with in a really long time.

Ya, me only use me phone too. I sometimes get this New York Lottery ad, it’s wild, it has a banner but then these numbers go flying around the screen! Them you gotta “x” it. But sometimes I get it like 10x in a row every time I come here!
