Lol.  Definitely just a hoody.  I'm a fan as they don't have a front pocket and enough stretch that they are easy to swing in or work out in.  If it weren't for that it would not be worth the $

Big fan of their stuff. I own quite a few polos and a couple of 1/4 zips. All fit and feel great and have held up well. To compare I bought a Greyson 1/4 zip that lasted two washes before it was coming apart. Pretty disappointed for what they charge for their stuff.

Big fan of Rhoback as well but man their prices are crazy.

I have ~5 of their polos that I wear all the time.

Today I just ordered a qzip with a $20 off referral code. Still came out to ~$125 😲

Totally agree! I love the one item I have from Rhoback, and if their regular prices were about 20% cheaper I'm sure I'd own a lot more of their product.

 

However, when I can get Peter Millar, Holderness & Bourne, or etc. for the same price (or cheaper during a sale) it makes it difficult to purchase a lot from Rhoback.

I have a mix of Peter Millar and Rhoback and I find the quality comparable. One thing i actually dont like about PM is the tag on the collar. Ita not an issue with Rhoback as they are tagless.

I definitely wish they had some form of loyalty club.  I get why they only do one sale a year as their stuff tends to sell out fast.  That said, plenty of other companies have done rewards or loyalty points.

Completely agree with this. There’s no reason why they shouldn’t offer a loyalty program like most others. I’d buy a lot more stuff if they sent coupons out occasionally.

Or if they would let you tally up those $20 referrals into some sort of bank where they add up.

 

A few online retailers I shop at for my work wardrobe let you do this and I've been able to get things for just the cost of shipping on occasion due to referring enough people.

What's the fit like?  For example, I find the Nike t-shirts tend to have shorter sleeves, which is OK with me.  Peter Millar sleeves seem "normal" and I have some old Polo RLX shirts that the sleeves are long and almost too baggy.

It's a more traditional fit compared to some of the tighter and shorter stuff Nike has been putting out.  I think the fit is very comparable to Peter Millar.

Pricey but high quality. The collars hold up better than PM in my experience. Find the fit to be cut a little more slim than PM too.

Just my own experience but footjoy medium has always been a bit big for me but PM and Rhoback mediums are perfect

I always sort of felt the same way until this thread convinced me to buy one of their hoodies. Now I'm considering adding a polo or two as well.

Depends on the FJ line.  The older stuff seemed to be cut extremely large and roomy.  The newer FJ is called "Athletic Cut" or something like that and fits similar to PM and Rhoback standard sizes.

ya i have an older FJ large polo i found at goodwill lol.  Its just navy blue, almost brand new looking but it has 1904 Olympic Golf and I live in St. Louis where the 1904 olympics were held so for 4 bucks couldnt pass it up

 

ANYWAYS after trying it on, its huge, I just use it as a 'undershirt polo' to wear under quarter zips when i know I wont be taking the quarter zip off all day.

Yup.  They have two lines: "Traditional" and "Athletic" (says Athletic Fit on the tag).  The Athletic options are very limited compared to the Traditional options.  For me, the FJ Athletic medium fits the same as the Rhoback medium.

The hoodies are pretty snug. I had a large and it fits very tightly which is good if it is a layer under other layers but feels silly to wear something that tight on its own. For the record, I am 5'11" - 190 lbs and a lifelong weight lifter but not "huge" by any means.

Recently got two 1/4 zips and they are great as far as fit, comfort, and looks go.  I’d recommend them.  Also, I like the logo.

One more to add might be minor for some.

 

I've had the old ladies at my office compliment a couple of my Rhoback polos lately haha. I like that I can wear them golfing or to work. Tucked or untucked. A ton of the golf shirts I have owned before were really long and had to be tucked.
