Austin is a lot better than Canada with the exception of Montreal, but Montreal is being killed intentionally by the provincial government here but thats for talk over beers.

That's why I never do a full bag at once, can buy clubs yearly.

Exactly! What are you supposed to do for the rest of the year if you buy all of your clubs at once? Just play golf?

why? From your other thread I got the impression you loved those 150’s

 

what is the longest you’ve kept one set in play?

 

is there a manufacturer that you haven’t played yet?

 

is that the goal, play at least one set from everyone?

 

I know you’re around scratch but have you ever wondered how low you could get or how steady you would be if you kept one set in play for more than a season?

 

how long on average does it take you get a new set dialed in?

I just get bored and like trying new stuff. I still like the 150s a lot and may use them at various times this year.

 

I wouldn't say i have a goal of playing every MFR but if i see something that really looks fun i will often buy it. The Mizuno blades just look really nice, and i thought it would be fun to own them and see if i could play well with them

 

Generally it doesn't take long to get dialed in with irons. Mostly it's the strongest element of my game. I struggle more with driver in competitions. 

 

Ironically the last 2 years have been arguably the 2 best years of my playing career and i've probably ho'd more than ever before. 

 

I don't think it's related. I just don't think it affects me that much

Not yet, been like a month i'm waiting on them now....hoping to have this coming week in time for the season to start...i am getting my new putter from Deschamps though and i'm gonna post some pics in a putter thread
