The course ate me up.  I don't know how the course rating/slope is "only" 71.5/116 (Par 73). 

 

Don't get me wrong, the course is amazing, but there's no room for error.  The weather was perfect - mid-60s with cloud cover and nothing more than 10mph gusts. The greens were super firm - couldn't make any pitch marks, much less hold them, even with full wedges.  I got another reminder that my chipping SUCKS.  I was hole high in 2 on the par 5 7th, down in a collection area that was 6+ feet below the level of the green.  I was short-sided and tried to get too fancy for my crappy short game and the first attempt never had a chance and came back down.  Completely duffed the next, put the next on the other side of the green, and 2 putted for a 7.  Took me 5 to get down from 25 feet.  🥴

Hollandaise sauce on the eggs. 

Brown sugar, coconut, raisins, and slivered almonds on top of the oatmeal.

Now that’s a solid brunch t. Gotta appreciate someone that actually eats, and b’fast (brunch) isn’t a cup of coffee and a bowl of cereal. 🙄 You are actually active at work and need the calories. Good stuff

Well I’m not w/you there, but will say it’s far from ideal for a high HP/performance vehicle. Had a 90s convertible IROC that flexed pretty badly.

Closest I've ever had to a convertible was the Jeep Wrangler I bought when I first moved to Vegas back in the day.

 

I'd sold my Nissan XTerra when I moved west because I couldn't afford to move all my stuff AND a car and I sure as sh#t wasn't driving cross country back then. I'd always thought Jeeps were cool so I started looking at older ones I could have paid cash for (after selling said XTerra) My buddy that was living here already is a pretty versed mechanic - and had a car to drive me around - would do quick inspections of ones I'd look at and every one, he'd be like "Nope, don't buy this one dude."

 

I finally got annoyed and was just like "Ok, how much is a damn new one?"

 

Went to a dealership and found THE most bare-bones Jeep ever. It featured the body itself with a soft top, 4 wheels (with tires), an engine, steering wheel, gas pedal, brake pedal, clutch, 4 speed manual transmission ... and that was about it. Did have a heater at least! But no AC. You get one guess on the color 😂 Don't remember the exact price but wanna say it was like 8 or 9 grand at most. Did eventually install a stereo! 

 

I loved that little truck, man.

... Kinda interesting but Jeeps are about 98% women owned here in Phoenix. Even the huge tire ones. Seems that dudes need a pick up. I think Jeep should have an official Indigo Girls Ltd Edition model. 😇
