Comfortable hats for big heads?

Hey guys, curious to know what type of hats are out there that fit snug for a big head. I also have the type of hair that's a little "puffy" or pushes out the hat further.

 

I haven't been comfortable at all wearing any tap of snapbacks, it almost feels like they don't sit down my head enough. 

 

The only hat I've ever felt comfortable wearing is the TW Classic 99 Dri-Fit X/XL. The stretch material is nice and able to sit down on my head comfortably.

I'm like a L/XL on stretch fit, honestly probably an XL/2XL but no one really makes those. There is also a lack of consistency in sizing, I've had some that fit snug and others quite loose and comfortable. I mainly wear FlexFit hats just depends which brand slaps their logo on it, been mainly buying Travis Matthew ones since they have sizes and options and sales. 

 

I know Under Armour has 2XL stretch fit hats but selection is limited.

Melin XL snapbacks might help. But their models fit differently so it may take some trial and error. 
 

odyssey has the most structure that is rounded. Trenches is structured but a flat bill. A game has been inconsistent for me - doesn’t fit as well as odyssey.

I have a large head as well and the Callaway Tour Authentic hats fit large heads very well. Here is a link to an example.

Can confirm the Melin XL will fit a big head. I wear an 8 in fitted hats and have several of the Melin XLs and they fit me great.

Yeah, I noticed this too.  I tried on a black TW L/XL and it fit perfectly, but I was looking for a white one.  Went to a different Golftown with better selection and tried on every pair of L/XL.  I found they all were different.  Most fit a little smaller or the bill of the cap had a different shape.  

 

Speaking of cap bills, is there any company that makes larger bills for their XL caps?  Seems like every company uses the same bill size across all their caps no matter what the size is.  I find this annoying for 2 reasons.  The width is typically too narrow for my head.  Also the bill looks small in comparison to the rest of the cap... making them look odd.

I am an XXL guy and the only hat that fits me is made by "Puka"? Sometimes a flexfit TM xl will work but most times not...

The New Era 39thirty is a sized cap that is fairly large in the L/XL, and yet low profile. I have several TaylorMade and Ryder Cup hats.

Under Armour is the best I've found for large heads.  I hate hats with the snap back and prefer fitted hats, my head is 7 3/4.  Under Armour makes a stretch fit in XL/XXL and they work great.  I buy them 2 at a time and rotate them to make them last longer, its freaking hard to find a hat that works!

Callaway sells a couple xl odyssey hats. I wear a 7 5/8- 7 3/4 fitted hat and they have been perfect. Tey also use to sell a stretch fit bill hat in xxl.

I've got a large head and hate snap-backs. I also hate stretch fit because I can never find the right happy medium between fitting right and getting a headache. The two most comfortable hats I've ever owned and still wear are the Ping Lite Hat and the Titleist Tour Performance.

I have a massive melon and the best hats for me are from OddJob. They are a brand that only makes XL and XXL hats.

Imperial has a large fit line but I've only found them at some of the courses I've played.

Reviving this for the future readers. 

 

My head is 29 inches in circumference. A 7 7/8's size in New Era sizing. and I have hair, so all normal hats look like i have a kids hat on. 

 

Imperial Tour Visors. That's the only solution i have found.  

 

I also don't know how everybody wears a cap when its always so hot.

Yeah Nike classic 99 is the best hat ever made imo. The Nike adv rise is the newer style that also has a generous fit.
