Very disappointed in Bob Mac over the weekend - when you look at the winning score, he was in a great position after 36 holes but really petered out badly after that.

I like McIntyre. He seems to have the right amount of intensity on the course and is Scottish. What’s not to like, except his final round average which is considerably below his average for the opening 3 rounds. They showed this stat yesterday, hopefully it’s not a disturbing trend for him.

DP World Tour sends warning shot to players amid LIV Golf Promotions event

 

The DP World Tour has fired some shots.

In a memo sent to players Wednesday, DP World Tour members could face fines and suspensions should they enter next month’s LIV Golf Promotions Event, per The Times.

Yet, this notice also included a provision in which players could seek release from the tour, should they choose to play:

I mean they are playing in Las Vegas on Tuesday, which is pretty much a 24 hour flight?! There's no way you would come all this way just for a safari and a casual knock with that happening straight after, I would assume they were paid a good chunk of change to make an appearance

What are they playing in LV? 

 

They probably got a nice appearance fee. But it also seems JT & Homa had great fun with their spouses on safari, its all over their socials. It's in the mid of their offseason, so it must be a great combination to play in South Africa. And its a good tournament.

The Netflix Cup, with some F1 drivers. Its live on Tuesday.

Yeah its a win win, as they have had a great time, mixing business with pleasure as such. While shaking off some rust in the process.

It is a huge chunk of travel though, especially with the event in LV on Tuesday - an appearance fee will have been a major factor i'm sure
