Correct, it'll be the same CC size as their other driver release just in a more compact head.

It’ll be more spinning than the TOUR-1. Should be just fine for you!! You won’t be disappointed!

Heard the same as well. Also heard a brand new wedge completely or they keeping the 2's and adding more bounce options. Might be shaping up to be a tremendous year for PXG!

I went back and looked, he's seeing 2-3 mph, 4-5 yds carry and 17 total yds over both Gen6 models and almost identical spin numbers as the Gen6 model.

When on Wedges because I’m in the market.  My driver fitting is tomorrow.  Will report back my #’s.   Reviews look excellent.  Appears that PXG (once again) has released something new that is significantly better than the old.   Sticking to their trademark which is refreshing.   It looks very nice.  Classy yet bold.   Can’t wait.  Man I love this company…..

Looking forward to my fitting today at PXG.   Will report back outcome on what happened later.  This should be very interesting.  My guy at PXG is very very good at fittings.  Helped me out tremendously with my irons.

Ordered!   Really good driver to say least.  Best I’ve had so far.   Spin came down significantly for me off my current driver.   Could not believe how much my current driver was spinning for me.   Annoying.   Fitter was working his voodoo stuff swapping out weights here, there, dialing me in.   My average yards on my gamer was around 249, Black Ops was pushing 260+.  Significant.     Sound and feel was superb.  Look at address timeless and classy.   Tour AD VR shaft.   Fairway woods and Hybrids all very nice but fitter nor I saw significant yardage gains on either so keeping what I have in the bag (for now).     However, didn’t see this coming, didn’t know it existed.   0317X Driving Iron ordered as well.  Insane.  It’s similar/sort of to 0311 XP with more to it.  A lot more.   Larger wider (believe it or not) base.    Launches fairly high easy to hit off the deck, explosive and I mean explosive feel.   It’s an 0317T on steroids essentially.    I could not take it out of my hands.   Apparently they haven’t put it out yet but PXG fitters have them.  Supposed to be releasing soon.   If you can see, hit this club I would encourage anyone to try it out.   A beast.  Replacing my 5 iron.  I seriously cannot wait to have these clubs in hand to bring out to my course.   2 weeks if not sooner.  Wow.

Fitter was cracking up when I kept asking him where did this iron come from and what is it.  Can’t find anything online anywhere on it.  It’s absolutely insane.  I should have taken a pic and posted here but didn’t.  I will once I have it in hand.  Beautiful club. Cannon. The driver is nothing short of spectacular in terms of looks feel and performance.  Spin rate got down to around 21/2200 which for me was perfect.  Ball speed up significantly from my current.    Went with an 8 degree loft.  All the weight adjustments and shaft, driver will play more like a 9+ which for me is perfect.   It launches high so you’ll see for yourself.  I think the best takeaway was the next fitting bay where another guy was being fit for Black Ops driver as well.  All I kept hearing was him literally yelling after every hit, “holy sh*t!!!”   It was pretty funny.   🙂.   Entire store was popping w people and some of their new spring clothing was out as well which looked very nice.  Their new bags look sweet too.  Well done.  I’m convinced PXG pumps oxygen in that place because everyone was on cloud nine.  Just very positive, happy upbeat vibe.   Really good place to be.  Excellent products.  I would highly recommend anyone try this new driver and also check out this monster of a driving iron if the store has one to hit.  It’s crazy good.
