Help me spend my pro shop credit…

As the title states, I’m sitting on $800 of pro shop credit and not sure what to get with it. I’m pretty set on golf clubs and have a relative new Linkslegend bag. The shop can custom order most anything and put the club logo on it. A few thoughts are:

 

Hudson Sutler backpack or duffel

Rain gear 

Club glove bag carrier

 

Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

Shoes? I always use my shop credit on fancy shoes that I would normally not spend money on. Some fancy Footjoy wingtips or something. I have a hard time spending $200 or $300 on shoes, but if they are basically free, why not?

Can you get a Stewart golf cart? That’s a nice chunk towards a Q Follow, for the man who has everything.  
 

I just got a ClubGlider Pro travel bag for $300 new on eBay. Best travel bag ever.

rain gear - Kjus Pro 3L 2.0, jacket and rain pants would be my choice (assuming a reasonable discount were available through the pro shop.)

Yeah travel bag either the Club Glove or Sun Mountain Glider. The SM might be clutch if other luggage or family with you. 

 

Rain gear if you play in the rain but that might eat up more than your $800 for some really good stuff.

 

For the duffle bag maybe look at the garment duffle bag possibly, the hanging portion is clutch for a few shirts/polos and pants while leaving the rest of the space open for more gear.

Agree on the Sun Mountain Clubglider. I have owned one for 10+ years and still going. Prior bag was ClubGlove. The ClubGlove probably held up a little better, but Clubglider has been no slouch for durability and is so much easier to roll around.

Spend it all on balls.  Hang on to 'em for 2 years, then sell for 4X the price to all the people going through distance withdrawal.

If you have a push cart, the Alphard V.2 has become very popular at my club.   Its an electric motorized add on to any push cart.   

 

I think Mill River might be $600.

LOL Ask your GF or SO or wife to help you.  Good way to get her attention in ways that may surprise you.

Just had $600 in shop credit myself, I bought a ClubGlove collegiate, four gloves, & 5 doz proVs.

I don’t know if members give holiday gifts to the pro shop staff at your club, but if so you may be able to designate some of it for the head pro to distribute to the staff.
