I have the drips and agree that somedays i can be harder to see. THe yellows though are probably the easiest to see out of all the yellows out there outside of maybe Srixon.

I only recently started playing in the last year, how much did the vice balls used to be? at 33$ plus tax and shipping it feels like its encroaching into the AVX price range

In 2022-2023 I got the Vice Pro 5+1 deal with shipping came to roughly $26-$27/doz including tax and shipping.  $25/Doz. before tax and shipping

Perfect way to describe it. I love the look when holding it but a plain white ball is much easier to see on a green course. The blue/orange drip is the worst. Green/black really not too bad.

I have found a few of the drip out on the course and it’s always been because i step on them, I absolutely can not see those things in the weeds. I play the lime green in the summer and the red in the winter, they are just the easiest for me to be able to spot.

i liked the lime green alot but at two of the courses i go to its like they blend in a little too well with the fringe during the twilight hour rounds in the summer

I have ordered a dozen of the Pro Air to try, this was the ball the online selector picked out for me to try. Will be interesting as I have recently switched into the TP5x, due to its lower spin characteristics, and the Vice ball will be a lot softer.

Once they arrive and I have a few sessions on the course under my belt, I will come back and add an update.

I got 6 dozen Pro Plus last month for $27.83/dozen shipped to my door.

I have about 6.5 dozen Vice Pro and 4 doz. Maxfli Tour.  I played Maxfli Tour on Sunday.  A bit chilly...42 when I teed off.  Didn't warm up past 50 but cloudy and breezy so a distance comparison is not all that accurate but I do get very similar, almost indistinguishable, between the two balls.  The Vice Pro feel a tad better off the clubface but I can pay either interchangeably.  I played ProV-1 previously and I play better with the Vice Pro/Maxfli Tour.  I get better control into the greens.  If there's a distance difference, I couldn't tell.  I do prefer the Vice Pro over the Maxfli Tour based on the slight feel difference only.

Anyone find Pro Plus clicky compared to Pro? That's what I noticed today at home. Going to play a round tomorrow so we'll see how they perform but feel wise Pro is PERFECT for me.

Yes, the Pro Plus is definitely firm/clicky compared to the Pro.  I find the Pro Plus to launch a little lower and spin less for all clubs.

Is this for the 2020 model or the 2024 model? Your observation matches what I've seen for the 2020 model, but the marketing for the 2024 model would suggest that the Pro Plus should be higher spin.

2020.  Well that's a turnoff then.  What made the 2020 Pro Plus so good was the low spin.

I can tell you that the 2020 version is lower launching and spinning much like the 2019 TP5x which is why I love it and still have 3 boxes left.  Ball testing shows that it was the lowest spinning out of all the urethane tour balls with irons.

That might very well be the case. As we all know, being marketed in a certain way doesn't nessecarily mean anything, especially when it comes golf balls and driver shafts.

I was talking about 2024 being clicky. Need to look through my stash for previous gen but if memory serves me right it was not clicky at all or I wouldn't keep buying it.

I played 9 holes yesterday alternating Pro and Pro Plus every two holes. Did not notice Plus being clicky on the course (at least it didn't stand out like it did at home hitting into the net), but it does feel firm. Can't tell spin because I was playing with game improvement clubs (LOL) and both balls had some roll out after landing. I'll do some more testing with Plus and a driver, but at this point Pro is the one for me play.

Tough for me to say since I play blades, but I've always enjoyed the solid feel of the 2020 Pro Plus. Certainly "clickier" than say, Chrome Softs or Z Stars, but nowhere near "hard". I've played some regular Pro balls that I've found out on the course as well and I find that the difference in feel, while present if I'm really focusing on it, is fairly negligible.

Also never had a problem with spin, but... blades.

Played a tournament on Saturday, Pro Drip main ball, couple of provisional drives with a Pro Plus Masters Edition (these look great btw). Pro is definitely feeling softer. Had a couple iron approaches where the Pro rolled out more than usual, but was on a foreign course so it might have been those greens. Usually I‘m very happy with the spin on the Pro.

I like the 2024 versions. Still have a few boxes left of Snell MTB Prime, unfortunately those have a problem with the cover. They scruff up very quickly.

Had a dozen of the Pro Air arrive earlier today. Might get a chance to chip and putt with them over the next few days but more looking forward to seeing how they perform with irons and driver which will hopefully be over the weekend.

Sounds like the formula for the Pro line may be tweaked from past generations.  Someone reported the 2024 Pro Plus spinning more than the 2020.

Yeah I saw that, but on my home course, the Pro behaves as expected. Have yet to observe and compare the Pro Plus with it.
