Whats the best "bang for you buck" golf ball out there?

Srixon Z Star line whenever it's on their half priced sale. 

 

I haven't seen it on half-priced sale this year though.  Hoping for Father's Day.

I moved from Z Stars to Maxfli Tour X this year and I’m enjoying them so far. Nice ball flight and spin around the greens.

happens every time I play Kirklands, Vice, Snell or Maxfli's, lol. There's always a Titleist fanboy that wants to disparage any other ball, and I happily out drive most of them by a pretty significant amount.

Not sure if this is "cheating" for the thread but I only play Pro V1,  TP5 or Chrome Soft Practice balls for $25-30dz,  for MY game I can't tell if there are any imperfections and the price is right!

if all things were equal, a kirkland is not going further than a left dash....sorry, the testing of these balls shows the significant data set to prove the point.....

To each their own, but I hit a huge variety of balls in my sim (including the one you mentioned) and the Kirkland is equally as long, if not longer, for me. Which is why I will continue to say that for value/performance nothing beats the Kirkland. And fwiw, I'm not a slow swinger.

I've been playing the Kirklands and Maxfli Tour a lot.  The Kirkland is a very nice ball and I've shot some good scores with it, but it seems to pick up scrapes easier than the Maxfli's.

so keeping the idea of "value" for a urethane cover ball, if you guys were choosing between an 18$ a dozen snell mtb X prime and 23$ a dozen wilson staff model which way would you guys go?
