Oh my....good luck coming into impact with a consistent loft with that thing. The sweet spot must be minuscule.

The rounded face concept isn't new. A friend sent me a putter after snapping a shaft in a back up set of irons I lent him. It was a perfect cylinder. There is no way to add or subtract loft at impact no matter whether your hands are in front of, aligned with, or in back of the ball. It was called the Soft Stroke made by Hogue Golf co. This was back in the 90's and I can find nothing through Google about the club itself nor the company.

I won't get one, but honestly don't think it looks too bad. Way better than a futura or three ball. My Natalie is not to pretty, but works. ( sometimes)

So, how does the curve face help roll the ball any better than a traditional "flat" face?

it seems that regardless of where your hands are, due to the rounded face you would always hit the sweetspot.

impossible to change the loft of the putter at impact.

If it makes more putts than my Edel I would put it into play without a second thought. I love it when my playing partners give me crap about my putter and then have to eat crow as I make putts all day. I have had all kinds of strange putters over the years. Futura,Yes Emma, two ball, three ball, Spider, all I care about is if the ball goes in the hole.

Ugly yes, but if it works, somebody will use it. Ping was able to get the Doc 15 into a few bags (it barely fit), so there's bound to be a market for the MXV.

I was one of those Doc 15 bags and had to use a "Staff Bag" to use it! Putter worked though!

funny that design looks like a modern version of a putter that my GF's dad and his dad made in the 1980s

called the Bingo TopRoller... its just as ugly just more vintage looking... ill try to dig a picture up haha
