Did you take the paintfill out of the 7i or is that just the glare? It looks good. I was planning on taking paintfill out of mine but I don't know what I'd do for MC/CB.

Man seeing your bag makes me so anxious to get the Tour Preferreds in the bag! I went similar but different setup wise 3-7 CB 8-PW MB. I wasn't as crazy about the MCs as everyone else for some reason, honestly could just have been me not putting as good a swing on them. Very excited to get them and give my opinions. You said you gained some distance with the irons over your previous sets, how much are we talking?

Kinda the last thing that I expected also. I'm lucky that things happened the way that they did and they re-invented themselves when they did. The new stuff is night and day compared to the prior lines. It will be interesting to see what actually stays in the bag.

MBs are my favorite so far but I only have two good range sessions. I'm playing this weekend and early next week so I will see how things go on the course. 3/4 CB have me thinking already.

The new irons are 2* stronger loft so it's not really fair to compare the two. So far on the range it's a solid half club, on Trackman when I was fit I believe it was like 6 yards. It might take some getting used to on the course and honestly I am more concerned about flight and hitting them straight. I'll let you know how it goes.

Scratch, so I'm looking at Kiyoshi white/black how do they compare? My SS is 110 with a moderately hard transition. 4 or 5 flex?

5 for sure. I like the Black in fairways but I think there are other shafts like the .2 TS that does what the Black does but better. The White feels really good for me, it def goes higher and spins more but I found it to be very straight on the course. I want to find an 85 White to try in a fairway.

Yeah they make them, they are tour only and Oban's are pricey. Ever since I moved down to the 65 gram shafts that are stout I don't feel the need to play anything heavier in my driver. Black and White would make a good combo but I would for sure hit the Oban's before buying because of their price. For the longest time I was not a fan of the White, at that time the Black and Devotion were the only Oban's that I liked. Since then I have shallowed out my swing and it allowed me to move into other shafts with profiles like the White. I hit the Black in the 913s at TPI and I was going back and forth between the .2 TS and Black. I ended up going with the TS because it felt a little better and was better on misses. That was over a year ago so I am not sure what I would pick now. They did not have the Blacks at the Kingdom but I wish I had the chance to try one side by side with the White. I might set something up soon to test those two (white/black) in a fairway.

Also I think they are coming with new paint soon. A friend of mine showed me a photo of the entire line with new paint and that was like 8 months ago, maybe they changed their mind.

I only have the toe sweep and I love it so far. I am going to get a 50 and 56 (bent to 55).

Those MBs do look good. I've been on the fence on ordering a set 4-9 MB. So is the 9* 430 going to the BST?

Here are a few photos from my round this morning. I played Pelican South which is a beautiful track. Albert Pujols was in the group in front of me, which was cool.

TMAG clubs have all been really good, I plan to write a review when I have some time.
