nope, never even seen a 712u in person before
heard they were difficult to hit, so I went the DHy route
the 712 looks much better IMO., but I'm sold on the DHy right now

Stop listening to wrx, 712u is not hard to hit. If I can play the 18, you can play any of the lofts.

I thought the U was was easy to launch as well and I'm a low ball hitter. Hit the 3 or 4 on the range, can't remember which one.

For the most part yes, also after playing the 712u for so long I have grown to like the added offset in the long irons and the thicker top line. Just gives me that much more confidence when there is some pressure.

Here are my current dilemmas...

3 wood shaft - need to decide between Speeder 7.2 or Oban Black 85

Irons - need to decide between Fourteen FH1000 or TMAG TP's. I am considering re-shafting the Fourteens so that I have more of an apples to apples comparison. Just ordered the TMAG CB 4-5 irons, if I went Fourteens I would end up getting the PC 555 when they are released.

Wedges- hitting the SM5's last weekend got the gears turning. Need to decide if I want to stick with the Nike's or SM5's

Ya the square-ish top of the TM bags are odd
I had enough in GC's at golf town to get a new bag
Didnt need one, but wanted one as the white Hoofers get dirty fast

I just bought the same Hoofer as they were on sale, but a different color
Went for white/red/black
Hoofers are just so good

Scratch, those Cru's are looking good! I ordered a set at the turn of the year and finally they are sat at Customs waiting for me to go and pay the import duty :-( I haven't seen photos of mine yet, just the custom tool images but based on yours they should be good. My gf thinks that custom headcovers are tantamount to her handbag addiction, having a woman in your life who loves handbags and being a metrogolfista myself means the leather industry owes me big time!
