FD will follow

interesting thought. as of right now - the stage 2 is locked.

The 913F-d is VERY underrated in my opinion. My favorite 3 wood of 2013.

both are great! glad i could help you out LOL!

Stage 2 fairway and the ATV wedges are by far the two best clubs in TMAG's lineup. You really cannot go wrong with those.

Both the FD and Stage 2 have their good and bads.... FD is a little tougher to elevate off the deck and probably a few yards shorter. To me the FD's larger head is just more confidence inspiring than the Stage 2 and it's paint.

BTW- If you like the wide sole of the ATV wedge you should try the K grind.

actually i don't like anything about the ATV other than the results i get with it! i always considered myself handy with a wedge, but the ATV has allowed me to maintain my wedge game without divorce or practicing. i will look at the K, but now my eye is on the U grind on the mack daddy 2.

stage 2 is great and i have $$$ invested into it - so it stays put :)

driver... guys i'm leaning back to the 913d3 again. this time with an actual shaft as the d+ killed my experience in the first go around. 913d3 7.5 motore speeder 7.2 ts is on the radar.

irons... i love the ansers. i like the rocketbladez tours, however i am a lost... neither one of them fits all my needs and or wants. i was thinking j40cb, mp64, and now 712cb is in the mix and maybe the front runner...

Lol, D+ isn't an actual shaft? I know what you mean though. Incidentally, I'm building the exact 913 combo you described later this week. Call it the Pure745 special.

The 64's are amazing, more of a blade-like profile and sole than the other two for me so probably a little less forgiving but best looks and feel of the bunch. 714's will be one's to look out for, I hope they go back to chrome personally.

you guys are killing me... wait for the 714's?! that is a long time ;)

the d+ albeit a great stock shaft is not a motore speeder tour spec.

i did look at the cobra amp cell pro flow set and they look incredible!
Yea I wouldn't wait until nov , that's the end of the season. If the 712 irons come out on top for you now then get a set and sell after the season

just get ap2s and get it over with.
he would probably consider them if they didnt feel like crap, lol. Im kidding but they definitively do have a manufactured feel instead of a forged pure
number one iron one tour and number one selling players irons for the past 6 years. ya they suck alright!

I only say to wait for the 714's because I tried the 712 CB's and it was not a successful experience. I hit them great at my fitting and on the range but on the course I had a hard time adjusting to the light SW and they spun every ball like a top. I think everything post 712 for Titliest has been incredible. 712 and 910 lines were good but not incredible... I expect the 714 line to be on par with the SM4 Vokeys and 913 woods.

I know there are a lot of people that really like the 712 irons, personally they just did not work well for me. Before you pull the trigger on the 712CB's I would recommend that you try to get a demo out on the course for a few rounds. This is where I made my mistake...

In my dream world the 714 AP2's would be satin, launch a tad lower, spin less and maintain the same forgiveness. Also it would be cool if they blended better with the CB's and MB's for a combo set.

If you have the chance, hit the J40CB before you commit to buying anything else.
i love the j40cb's. these may be difficult to find with the shafts i like.

i'm buying what you are saying. i have been warned about the spin from multiple people now, but your experience is pushing me over the top. if i don't own another set by then i will look for the next generation cb's to come out. in the meantime i like the j40cb and cobra amp cell pro over the mp64 based on the satin finish.

Yes sir! Super peening blue in X. Oh they are as nice and sexy as they sound..when I can hit ball on the club face! Highly recommend. Swing feels out of sorts this weekend and it was a struggle but not the clubs fault!

i forgot that i need to post the other pictures of my second bag or first bag depending on what day it is :) i'm headed to bandon this weekend and will snap some pics there. as for my future - the bag is VERY uncertain. in fact more question marks than answers. i really want to get to the point where i set it and stay, but it has become more difficult than i thought. i am a little anal retentive, so mixing and matching certain OEM's can be ok or wrong - depending on the match. by the end of this process it might be 2014 and i won't have my 2013 bag set!

Swans, only you would have a 2 page WITB thread WITHOUT any pictures!! :pimp:

Seriously great setups, I don't think you can lose either way with some of the stuff you are trying. Some other ideas:

-Mizuno combo set (blades/players CB)
-Tour Stage combo set (same as above)
-All Titliest (big time wild card, MB/CB and AP2 2 iron) :)
-Nike VR Forged (blades/players CB) <-- another wild card, wedges are good and the irons are really soft
