Ill be interested to see the change in spin. The distance will come for sure with the new slot, but spin needs to be lowered to keep up with the other guys.

Does anybody know if the Tip on the "fairways" will be the same on the 915 fairways?? Im going to spend $$$ on a 913F with a Tour AD DI 8X But want to make sure I can use the shaft with the 915Fs.

Im assuming it will be the same but would love some conformation

I would be so sure, they weren't the same last time. They could be this time but you likely won't have confirmation for a few months

just remove the shaft from whatever tip the 915 has and instal the shaft you want to use

Wow, the 915 D2 & D3 both look radical, that sole and the new alignment aid. Looks like a spaceship about to be launched into orbit. I prefer the look of the 913 D3 or 910 D3 though, I tend to like smaller 440-ish cc heads. 913 & 910 were simple and very sleek.

The NZ release will be November, t[size=4]he 913 RRP was NZD$650 and the [/size][size=4]stock and aftermarket shafts are exactly the same as everywhere else.[/size]

Wasn't inferring otherwise. I was saying the Rogue is apparently on top of real deal Diamana's. So it's a sweet lineup.

I don't know if this was already mentioned in the post. But, I was at my local club today and the titleist rep came in with a bag full of 915 equipment. Was talking to him about them and the stock shafts are Aldila Rogue black and silver, and the new Diamana series blue, white, and red. Which is about as awesome as it gets!!

I got to hit a 8.5 D3with a Rogue silver in stiff and it was launching quite a bit lower than my 8.5 G25 accra tour Z+ X-Flex combo. I could get nothing but a slight fade out of it. No hooks to speak of! That was hitting about 5-6 shots. Hit a few on the heel that went much further than anticipated.

The rep said loft for loft in the 913 with same shaft you are looking AR about 250-300 less spin. About same launch I believe he told me and quite a bit more forgiveness. Definitely felt pretty awesome from the shots I hit. The Rogue was sooooo smooth! Titleist may eventually take over my bag fully haha.

what I am really smacking myself over is I didn't take a look at the fairway woods. What a dummy

What's the deference between the black and silver rogue? Diamana don't they come in white , blue , and red? Is the black new? I can't wait to hit these!

Haha i meant to say white. I changed it in my original post. The Rogue black is just a slightly higher launch and spin version of the two. It is a new version of the Rogue. I was actually hitting the silver version, that was also changed in my previous post. I asked him if these were real deal shafts and he told me they were strait factory OEM equipment. Titleist has a really impressive lineup with the shafts they are bringing into the 915 series. I cant wait to test a Diamana white and rogue head to head.

So the straight from the factory Rogue 125MSI is going to be a stock option at no upcharge?

The way Aldila describes the cost of manufacturing the Rogue, it seems there would have to be some kind of manufacturing breakthrough to make this financially viable. The other option would be either Aldila would have to drastically reduce cost of each shaft to Titleist and take a hit or Titleist would have to take a loss buying each shaft if Aldila keeps current pricing. Obviously economies of scale and plenty of other factors would come into play here, but it just seems like a stretch with the current info on the Rogue.

I'm excited to give these shafts a go. The shaft alone might be worth buying the 915, in addition to all the other benefits. I wonder if this watered down (but still top shelf) Rogue will be as good as advertised
