I often wonder the ages of the people in here while reading through posts.

 

I turned the big 40 this year and started golfing almost 2 years ago. Somewhat of a hack still but I love to play.

I'm an old dog at 46. Played a few times in high school and college, and a little bit more after I was married. Played maybe 4 times a years when the girls were little, and have slowly upped the number of rounds per year as they grew up. Tried to play a couple of times per week this summer, got the handicap down to 6 - 7, and shot my first even par 70 last month.

46. I started playing when I was 16, but didn't get really serious about the game until I was in my early 30s. I try to play 18-36 holes a week during the spring and summer and at least 18 holes a week the rest of the year.

I'll be 30 10/16. Started playing when I was 20 and played off and on for 3 years before moving to Vegas...didn't play much there, but playing quite a bit since I've moved to Alabama. Off to DC in December and hope to keep it up there.
