I was hoping for a blade iron that looked like the MMprotos. These do nothing for me looks wise. I kind of knew the putter thing was not going to happen today so I was not bummed out on that front.

The MM Protos couldn't have looked any better and the retail ones look like crap now. The black section makes them look so cheap and tacky. Maybe in person it will be better but for now I am totally let down.

IF the offset and thin topline are same as the MM Proto's (which I would have to think they would be) then the muscleback-cavity finish is going to be easy to change.
With that said, I Love my MM Proto's even more now.

There is only one main demographic that plays/prefers blades and I would venture almost all of them prefer a simple/classy looking version, aka MM Proto, then these gaudy/cheap looking ones instead. These look more like a Cobra offering then what I was expecting after seeing how awesome the MM Proto's look.

That might be true for the Vapor Speed, but probably not for the Pro Combo, and definitely not for the Pros.

There is a lot higher percentage of people playing blades on Golfwrx compared to people watching Jimmy Fallon.

Ehhh I may stick with my pro combos. If anything I'll purchase the blades, but that's only if I can get them at a good price. Should have kept the traditional look, like others have said the MMProto's look 100x better. The black makes it look a lil tacky, should have stuck with the satin and volt swoosh.
